    Hello.
I purchased an item on aliexpress on August 3. Today we have 30 and packages are not there. There is only a message on the website alipaczka: "Dispatch from the country of origin" on August 15th.
It is possible that I did not provide the postal code, but I wrote the province and the commune in the address.
What do you think? Can I worry or keep waiting patiently?
    Thanks for the help :)

In my opinion, you can easily wait patiently. I bought some trinkets somewhere around a hundred times, and basically everything was successful. Two or three times it happened that a package was lost when it was sent as economical and was not tracked in the postal system.
In any case, keep the deadlines so that you can advertise if necessary, but parcels sometimes come quickly within a week, one and a half times and other times and the month turns out to be too short. Nevertheless, I would not panic.

Thanks for the answer :) . I also think they could have kept her at customs and "dealt with" her. I hope not :D
And the lack of a zip code? Is it not a serious barrier for the Polish Post Office?

I remembered ... that I once ordered something more expensive and then the Customs Office kept my package, but if it happened, you will receive a notification from the Customs Office anyway.

Above some amounts, sometimes they control what the shipment is and what its contents are according to the proof of purchase.

With Aliexpress, it goes like this around a month (to the States), sometimes even a little longer. But it always does (at least in my case). I think you will get the package in two more weeks.

Patience for over 100 purchases only happened once after the deadline.
Interestingly, the seller returned the cost and the shipment arrived 5 days later (not a great value because it is resistors), but it almost always comes.
Sometimes it happens with tracked parcels that it is holding WER (customs clearance), but I have never had any problems with it.

By what mail did he send? The Chinese also save on shipping costs (especially if you buy something cheap with free shipping) and ship with various exotic carriers.
From my experience, the slowest is the Malaysian post office (malaysia post) for 3 parcels from different sellers at different times, 2 each took almost 2 months and the third one never arrived, but here I am not sure if the seller sent it at all, he returned the money without a problem.

Shipment goes via china post. I think that as it says on the website that the 15th flew out to Poland, it has been on its territory for some time. You haven't answered my question yet, what about no zip code? :)

Lack of the code is about 2 weeks of waiting. The shipment must be sorted manually. Due to the lack of the code, it is not known what sorting station it is on. The employee will have to find the code himself and only send it.
It may also not arrive at all, or it may be returned to the sender. If you addressed a letter to Łęczyca without giving the code, the parcel could circulate around the country for several weeks before it would reach the right one.

I have been following for a long time and there is the same message all the time that the shipment passed through Chinese customs control and was handed over to the airlines on July 15th.

It seems to me that I gave the zip code, but on the order page there is only my address, which also includes the commune and voivodship. May they, however, find my postal code ...

Do you follow the website of Poczta Polska? Because there is probably no such information there.

On the website alipaczka.pl. There it is possible to track from the Polish post office, universal portal union and the carrier at the same time. Everything coincides with what I write on my website for tracking.

I also once had a case that the seller sent me a new parcel because it did not reach 5 or 6 weeks, and then it came right after he managed to send a new one ;) He allowed me to keep the content (Peltier module), which I still sold on all ... :) Overall 4-6 weeks is standard, at least at e-bay, although once I did it in 2 weeks and I was shocked :) It even happened that when I ordered 2 packages at intervals, the second one came earlier :) Although if it doesn't, it's best to wait a few days to a week and start a dispute via ali / ebay, they will probably ask you to wait another week and either it will come or they will refund your money.

As for tracking shipments from Chinese post, it also depends on what type of shipment. Because there are those where tracking takes place only within the territory of the country of origin. What happens next is unknown. Hence the information that the parcel has left the country. I had it too, still such a message for almost a month and suddenly the postman brings a package. You also have to wait patiently :)

Generally, shopping on aliexpress or ebay is much safer than shopping on Allegro.
There you open a dispute and you have a return, almost always, without the police and no flying around police stations for 15 PLN.

It so happened to me that the parcel flew to Poland by plane and stuck for a good two weeks at the Polish post office.

Therefore, no nerves. I had a parcel that arrived in less than 2 weeks and the same (like the one above) for over a month.

When you buy something more expensive, sometimes it is worth adding a few zlotys to insurance if it is possible.

My record is 8 calendar days. Currently, I have been waiting for one shipment for almost two months. The Chinese sent some SF-Express. Apparently a month ago, the parcel arrived in Poland and is being delivered.

Be careful when you buy on eBay.
There are only 45 days to establish a dispute.

Recently I was buying one item. It was shipped on the second day. Provided tracking number and was traceable. The parcel did not reach Poland and the deadline was flying. I wrote to the seller (99.8% positive feedback) that the package was probably lost. He asked to wait a bit longer, because it happens that they arrive after about 2 months. I waited a few days and returned to the seller. He wrote that he sent again. So I am waiting another 1.5 months (an item that is hardly needed to live), and the shipment is still missing. Patience is over. The time limit for the dispute has expired. Luckily, PayPal has a buyer protection program. The seller was spinning again, he only wanted to communicate via eBay. I turned the dispute into a claim and only just returned the money.

I wanted to show him a negative, and another surprise. After 60 days, you can no longer post a comment.

So, if you buy through eBay, the parcel does not arrive after 40 days, immediately assume a dispute.

Do not be surprised, since the priority parcel can go 2 weeks on a distance of 86 km, let alone from abroad.

I have been using Aliexperss for several years (three or four). I have never had a case that I did not receive the goods. I have ordered several times on the same day, a dozen or so items, all with free shipping. Value ranging from a few $ to over $ 200, and they came on very different dates. The shortest waiting time for a package for less than PLN 10 was exactly 6 days from placing the order. The longest over 50 days, even though the goods were much more expensive (DMD processor). Therefore, I conclude that the "ONI" wait until the entire container is collected and then send it to the "Eurosoyuz".

finally, the status change: "Arrival of the shipment 2016-09-05 19:39 WER Warszawa."
Something is starting to happen ;) So, before the shipment, customs control? Has she been to PL before?

    Depends on what he ordered.

Electronics, if I remember well, does not hold.

Even from China, I ordered Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime (then there was no European version with 2GB of frames, so I took the version intended for the Chinese market) for PLN 511 and there were no problems.

Electronics are subject to customs duties if they exceed some amount. In another situation, they probably just x-ray it and pass it on to the recipient.

There may not be customs duties, but VAT will most likely be added.
