    Hello
This is my first time here, so please bear with me
I have a THERMOVAL electric heating mat which I bought together with the THERMOVAL TVT 520 regulator.
After a month of use, the floor stopped being warm, while the regulator showed a floor temperature of 37 degrees Celsius.
I reset the regulator according to instructions, I went through the programming process all over again and .... nothing.
The controller still shows the floor temperature of 37 degrees C and the floor is cold. After disconnecting the sensor from the controller and reconnecting it, the controller started measuring from 1.4 degrees C to reach 37 degrees C within 10 minutes. It stopped at this value.
I checked the sensor with an ohmmeter - in my opinion it is ok. Then I decided to check whether the regulator would respond to a temperature higher than 37 degrees C and whether the heating mat would be heated. I set it to 40 degrees C and it turned out that the system started working - which was signaled by the icon on the regulator, but the problem was that these three steps were completed quite quickly and the system turned off, I did not even feel the floor temperature change and the floor is still there cold (actually approx. 20 degrees C)
please help. Maybe someone already had a similar problem.
    greeting
    jarek

Where did this conclusion come from? In my opinion, it was the sensor that was damaged in the first place, overestimating the temperature measurement. Do you have the option of checking this sensor, e.g. by putting it in water with an ordinary thermometer?

PS if you bought it a month ago then advertise it.

the sensor is in the floor under the tile. I could take it out, but I'm afraid that I won't put it in later, it's in a protective tube but I wouldn't want to take it out because if something goes wrong with this introduction, it will be bad
I measured its resistance with an ohmmeter and the result was 36 ohms.
    could this mean the sensor?

Such a question would be worth asking the manufacturer or the service, giving the temperature (approx.) At which the sensor was at that time. I don't think there will be anything without a phone.

    Hello
I play with the mat but with the TP520 regulator
There is a 6.8 kN NTC thermistor sensor
Just plug in a potentiometer, for example 10 k and turn it. If the temp changes, you have the answer. One note you should wait for a while for the display to change.
