Hello, there is a problem with heating the coolant. The current reaches the relays, the wires to the glow plugs have a transition from the relays, There is no control of switching the relays. What will be the cause. The temperature on the outside is -15, for example, and nothing heats up. I dismantled the box and someone was already there, it seems to me that it was connected to one of them, but it is cut. I attach a picture.

It seems to me that there is no control from the external temperature sensor (besides, a small inflection with points for viewing the photo because you are counting on help and you delete it for it)

As for the photo, I didn't know. No the outside temperature is correctly displayed

I'm not sure, but there are probably two separate external temperature sensors - one for the ECU and the other for the clocks.

Well, but if the temperature of the liquid and the outside temperature are right, why not turn on the heating of candles?

The liquid temperature definitely has two sensors, one for the ECU and one for the clocks.
The fact that the temperature is shown on the clocks does not mean that the ECU has the correct reading

The fault has been removed. Fluid temperature sensor defective. It showed the temperature of the fluid but did not send data to the relay for heating the fluid.
