Hello. On the laptop Samsung NP270E5E I wanted to perform Recovery to the factory condition. At approximately 25% restore, an error occurred. I tried again. Same. And so several times in a row. Windows 8 didn't even want to fire anymore. So I deleted all partitions (including reco, due to my own stupidity) and wanted to install Windows 7. However, when starting the laptop only the SAMSUNG logo appears and immediately after it appears the message:
    Quote:
All boot options are tried. Press key to recover with factory image using Recovery or any other keys for next boot loop interation.

F4 no longer works, because I accidentally deleted the partition intended for it. The computer does not read either a bootable flash drive or a W7 board. It is also impossible to enter the BIOS to set boot priorities. Thread. I tried all the combinations found on the internet. With or without Fn; ESC, F2, F4, F8, F10, F12, DEL and all other "eFs". Each time it ends with a computer reset and back to the starting point, i.e. to the above message. I decided to reset the BIOS by connecting two pins on the motherboard. Did not help. Next, I turned on the laptop and pulled out the CR2032 battery for over a minute. Also to no avail. I pulled out the disk and mounted it on a second laptop. W7 was successfully installed. However, after reassembling the disk to a "broken" laptop, again this message, Win does not fire. I put a good W8 disk from another laptop into a broken one - it also doesn't work. To sum up: both drives work on a good laptop, none of them reads broken, still throwing a message and resetting at any attempt to enter the BIOS. Please help, best regards!

I recently had an identical problem on the same laptop. In this particular model, the inability to enter the BIOS is most often caused by damage to the hard disk. Take out the disk and check if it will be possible to enter the BIOS (it worked for me). After checking the disk in another computer, it turned out that it was only suitable for discarding. Enter the BIOS by pressing the F10 key.

Removing the disk did not help. Still the same. And could the disk be damaged if I installed Win7 on it normally?

    EDIT
The chipset responsible for the BIOS has probably fallen. Normally, the bone could be replaced, but since this BIOS is integrated, the motherboard needs to be replaced. The new one costs over PLN 2,000, so it significantly exceeds the value of the laptop, but stimulants come at PLN 200-300. I even found one for PLN 200 in my area. It comes from the same laptop, it looks the same. However, it only differs slightly in designation. For me it is:
    Quote:
    BA41-02243A

However, the subject of sale is:
    Quote:
    BA41-02206A

But it should match, because the dash is probably a copy number, right?

    I merged. RADU23

I don't know who told you such stupidity. This laptop, like any other, has a BIOS in a separate SPI chip and can be easily reprogrammed.

Samsung NP270E5E - Unable to enter the BIOS and install Windows
In my Samsung NP355E7C helped disable the "Secure Boot" option in the BIOS and then select Legacy OS. If we want to run a Win other than 8 then Legacy OS must be selected. Everything in Bios is described in the window on the right ...

I connect to the subject, the same problem with the same laptop. It turns out that the only solution is to reprogram the BIOS, but how to do it? Even on the Samsung website there is no BIOS for this model to download.

The programmer. You need to find a charge that matches your disc, desolder the bone, load the charge and solder the bone back.

Since you are unable to boot DOS from any media, how do you want to program the BIOS chip from its level?
For just over PLN 20 you can buy the CH341A programmer, which you can use to program the bone soldered earlier.
As for the BIOS batch - if you want to choose the right batch for your laptop, you must provide the designation of its motherboard, because it is the main factor in choosing the correct batch.

Hello, old topic, but it's easy to learn. the disk is on sata so we connect it to another PC and start installation. At the first restart, we interrupt systems, turn off, remove the system disc, remove the disk and transfer everything to our damaged laptop. The system will complete the installation by itself and succeed without a bios. Best regards.

PROBLEM SOLVED! WITHOUT SOLDERING, WITHOUT A PROGRAMMER

I put the Win10 installer on the disk, deleted all partitions> restart.
I took the CD out of Win10 and connected the USB stick with Win7> I installed Win7.
I downloaded Samsung Update and click Update all.
The program itself downloaded the BIOS update and updated.
You can easily enter the BIOS and install any system.

I hope I helped Samsung users because it turns out to be a common problem.
    Best regards.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues faced by users of the Samsung NP270E5E laptop, specifically the inability to enter the BIOS and install Windows after a failed factory recovery. Users reported that after deleting all partitions, including the recovery partition, the laptop only displayed the Samsung logo and failed to boot from any media. Suggestions included checking the hard disk for damage, as it may prevent BIOS access, and potential motherboard chipset failure. Some users proposed reprogramming the BIOS chip or using a programmer to recover the BIOS. A successful solution involved installing Windows 10, then switching to a Windows 7 installation, which allowed access to the BIOS and subsequent updates.
