    Hello.
I have a Ricoh aticio mp c3300 printer. Two laptops with windows 8.1 and 10. And a third desktop computer with windows 10. I need to do this without having any LAN or Wifi in this room or permanent internet access so that I can print from any computer on the network. I know that you need to have any router plug it in the printer to the LAN input and install the driver in the computer, and the computer plug into the WAN in the router. And how to do it with laptops later and how to set up IP in laptops one by one and sharing I have no idea. I am asking for help what and how to arrange it so that it works.

You can't do it without LAN.
This printer has a LAN port as standard,
    - you are buying the simplest router (it is important that it has as many LAN ports as the devices you want to connect, in your case at least 4)
    - you plug the network cable printer router LAN port,
    - you connect network cables from computers to the next LAN ports,
    - leave the WAN port not connected.

In 99% of cases, the router (default settings) allocates IP to networked computers and the printer.

You are adding a printer to the system (instead of choosing a local one, search for a network device).

As you set up your printer for a network, you have the user manual, this model can also be used as a scanner and / or fax.

Once you get over it, it would be useful to assign IP addresses to the MAC of the printer permanently in the router's settings, so every time you start your computers and printer you may have a different IP and you will have to repeat the installation from scratch. You will have it described in the router's manual.

    PS
Internet access will only be needed when downloading the latest drivers (unless you have a disc).
I don't know how network scanning in this particular model is solved, some send the scan to the user's email, then network access is also needed.
In order not to bargain with cables, you can buy a WiFi router. You write that you have 2 laptops that would make sense.
This printer model may also have a built-in Bluetooth port, then you can print without a network if the computers have Bluetooth modules.

Thanks for the comprehensive answer. I will be aware of this Lan network so that Wan in a router that I have Tp-link wr841 will not connect a permanent internet connection because there is simply no such one and it will not be. I have already downloaded printer drivers. I would like to do so that the printer is connected via LAN to a landline and laptops via WIFI. I have to install drivers separately, i.e. logical, as a network printer on each computer. In the stationary, I understand that it will be connected to Lan and how is the installation after WIFI ?? Laptops will immediately see the printer as a network, or must Lan be connected to the laptop first. ? During installation you will need to type in rigidly Ip. Sorry, but I haven't done it before and I don't see it from the technical side.

It doesn't matter if it's WiFi or LAN, the network is a network.

Computers will not see the printer when connected to the network.

When you click the device and printer start menu, a window will appear with the devices and the button add a printer, click, select a network printer ... After a while of searching should find the printer.

Check only in the printer settings if she got the IP from the router. It will be in the configuration menu. You can type this IP rigidly during installation.
Your printer should be available on the network under this IP.

Hello, I connected directly to the router to LAN and from the router to RICOH. I installed the drivers and everything on the cable ok. From the WIFI side on 2 laptops is ok but already on 3 has a problem with WIFI because during installation it crashes after 3-6 seconds (i.e. disconnects the router with Wifi)

Now the problem is different because the WIFI network is from the LTE router device and to print from the network you need to log out of the LTE 4G network and switch to the WIfi network from the router from which the signal goes to print.

WIFI RUTER with 4G LTE is from Tmobile Huawei E5377s-32.
And now the problem with networks is how to solve it,

I would like a wifi router on a sim card to connect RICOH directly to the LAN input and have a network on other laptops. Apparently, the price is killing such a device.

    Second option
Buy an ASUS RT-N18U router (price around PLN 320), connect the so-called finger Huawei E3531 (price around PLN 130) with a Tmobile sim card and this should do the whole thing.
From one device and the Timobile network and the RICOH printer already working in the network at the time.
What do you think about this? Need to additionally configure something?

Instead of TP-Link TL-WR841, you can buy something that works as an "AP Client", that is, it connects to the Huawei portable router wirelessly as a client, and with a printer cable. It will come out cheaper than the USB Router + USB modem kit.

I know that you can connect WIFI to the existing network, e.g. TL-WR802n and plug in Ricoh aticio mp c3300. Here it would have to be so that the network was not biting 1 and that you could immediately use the internet and printing in the network without switching between devices between 2 networks, i.e. the one with 4g and the one that the router 841 transmits.

Is there any way to connect Ricoh aticio mp c3300 with existing internet with Huawei E5377s-32. in such a way that 5 devices can print over the network. ?

I wrote exactly about this solution.
A router acting as an AP Client would allow you to connect the printer to the network you have with Huawei.

Problem solved through HUAWEI B593s-12 device
WIFI + 4xLAN. At the same time I can use the internet after wifi and printing.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a Ricoh Aficio MP C3300 printer to a router without a permanent LAN or Wi-Fi network. Users suggest using a simple router to connect the printer via LAN and computers via Wi-Fi, ensuring the WAN port remains unconnected. The printer should receive an IP address from the router, and users can add it as a network printer on their computers. Issues arise when trying to connect multiple devices, particularly with Wi-Fi disconnections during installation. Solutions include using a router that acts as an AP Client to connect to an existing LTE network, allowing simultaneous internet access and printing. Ultimately, a Huawei B593s-12 device is identified as a successful solution for enabling both printing and internet access.
