    I warmly welcome,

    I have a question how to connect to a printer, I have a router: tp-link TL-WR841N with lan 192.168.0.1/24
I have access to the Internet from another network I do not know how to explain it hmm from the second server room: 10.161.233.0/24
When I connect the cable directly to the computer, I can see computers on the network and a printer.
When I connect via the router, I can not see a single computer (except mine) and the printer.
The best part is that I have access to the server and the ping to the printer responds correctly.
What do I have to do to see everyone on the network through the router and to prevent the printer from being offline?

    greetings
    Gregory

Please draw a diagram of the network and describe what pings and what does not, it will be easier to help.

    I add an image:

I would like to add that when I hook up "live" with a cable to my PC, the printer will print what I want and I can see others on the network. But when I connect via a router, not anymore. Therefore, I am asking how to make it go through the router because Wi-Fi from this router is needed in general, and I need access to the printer and the Internet.

The problem is you are using NAT on your router, meaning the printer cannot see the 192.168.0.0/24 network because it only sees 10.161.233.126.
The solution is to add a VLAN on the Switch that supports L3 or connect directly to the 10.161.233.0/24 network

Generally, TP-Link class devices are not used in extensive computer networks, but as an Internet access device in the home network.

Let the author correct the diagram, place _all_ devices, both ends of _ each_ network wire in the diagram must end at a switch / router / computer, they are not electrical circuits.

This is only a provisional drawing. The cables come from the server / switch and through the Ethernet cables they go to each computer in the building, connected directly to the computer, I have described so precisely that no drawing is needed to show it. However, my case shows that I cannot see others on the network if I connect via Router.

Thank you Mr. Sanfran I will try to do this. Other suggestions are welcome.

Connecting directly to the network doesn't do much for me, that's why I sent this query.
So I will not get anything done on the router? I need to go to the switch administrator?

    I got it :)
I made the router work like a switch.
