    Hello!!!

I wanted to know how to blind egr in my lagoon II 1.9 dci 120 km 2002, because the pipe from this egr is round and attached to the collector on some band, so I do not put any end caps there
I'll just add that the EGR is electronically controlled and I do not know what to do to make everything right.

I thought to remove the egr and some of the collector to throw it out, and there, push some empty tube, and screw the other part back to the collector

On the Allegro at this link http://allegro.pl/532-zaslepka-egr-renault-1-9-dci-opel-1-9-dti-kpl-i4885736840.html I found a blank I just do not know if I should put it in only between 2 parts of egr and everything will be ok ???

You have to unclip the tube from the collector to the EGR, insert a cap there, they are in the shape of a bowl. Egr you leave hooked. With the EDC15C2 controller there will be no emergency mode, only an error as you read the computer. You can additionally work the driver, but it works without it.

I have dumped in Espace IV 1.9 dci and the error is only in the rudder and the table does not crumble. You can always do the work.

Cheat (reprogram) the driver so that he would think that there was never an EGR valve in the car.

or just like removing it from memory

And what about this blindness because I am looking and looking and I did not find such a blind, and what I gave in the link is in the description that it fits my car

    Added after 6 [minutes]:

Laguna II 1.9Dci 120HP: Blinding EGR Valve - Electronic Control, Round Pipe, & Allegro Kit

and what if I use this plug as in the picture, the producer says in the assembly instructions like this:

    General assembly rules

The spot of blindness is shown in the picture above. Do not forget to seal the connection site with new gaskets or high-temperature silicone. Then we start the engine and check that there are no blows next to the plug. If everything is ok, we can enjoy blinded EGR.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the process of blinding the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve in a 2002 Renault Laguna II 1.9 DCI 120HP. The user seeks advice on how to effectively blind the EGR, which is electronically controlled and has a round pipe connected to the collector. Suggestions include using a bowl-shaped cap to seal the tube from the collector to the EGR while leaving the EGR valve connected. It is noted that blinding the EGR may trigger an error code, but with the EDC15C2 controller, the vehicle can operate without entering emergency mode. Users also discuss the possibility of reprogramming the engine control unit (ECU) to eliminate the EGR error. The user expresses difficulty in finding the appropriate blind and seeks clarification on installation and sealing methods.
