    Hello, I have a problem. I bought the LG 42PT353A plasma. It is set to shop mode, only RGB is displayed. How can you set it to home mode or restore factory settings? Unfortunately, I do not have a remote control / When I enter the settings, "factory reset" is grayed out, and unfortunately you can't hover over it to click. Can anyone tell me how to grasp it ??

    You can't probably get it without a remote control ... But a smartphone with Irda, or a universal or dedicated remote control should do the trick. After a factory reset you should be able to indicate where the TV will be used (store, home).

    I have a universal remote control but when I enter the settings, the "restore factory settings" option is grayed out and you can't click it? Can you restore the settings in some other way ??

    From what I see, I think I have the RGB-PC mode turned on, I can not switch it, I can not reset it, because in the settings it is not available, maybe someone knows how shortcuts on the buttons can be done?
