Hello, recently there is a problem on my father's phone, while he wants to stop open applications and holds the HOME button, a message appears that com. The android system has stopped and when clicks ok the smartphone goes to the start screen.
The smartphone can be used normally, but the message appears only when I just want to close open applications.
