Hello, I have a Samsugn Galaxy S7 phone. Yesterday I played with some program to delete data and this program required usb debugging. I turned on this option and started the program, started to grind something and suddenly it was necessary to start the phone from scratch. The phone switched off and started to run again and stopped at the SAMSUNG sign (this is how this text dims and brightens up) all the time.

I made a hard reset and the phone came to life. Now, when I enter the software update, the message pops up:
"The operating system on the device has been modified in an unauthorized manner. Try downloading the software update using the Smart Switch program on your computer or go to the customer support center. "

In addition, a message appears from time to time in the bar:
"Safety note. Unauthorized activities detected. Restart the device to undo any unauthorized changes. "

What does this mean and what can I do about it? The phone is under warranty so as something I can send it back. Could I somehow root it? I downloaded some program to check this and the program shows that no root is enabled.

Can I somehow fix it or just service? Has anyone met with something like that?

What kind of system do you have in it now? Did you connect under a smart switch?

    I currently have Android 7.0

If I plug it into a smart switch, it finds that there is a newer version of the software and it takes 2000MB. As I update it, nothing happens.

There is nothing newer than 7.0 at the moment so it's strange, maybe some update 7.1, but the smart switch should download and upload without any problem. In that case, you can download from the sammobile and upload the highest available version for your model.

I will see if you have not bought the Knox flag, go to downloadmode (vol - + home + power) and see if you have knox warranty 0x0 if you have a different value, it means that you have made a flag and probably this problem can always upload a new soft odinem.

My friend, is it possible that my phone is rooted? Is the sense of putting this phone to the site?

And why does the message about the alert display? Where did these things come from?

So the situation looks like this:

    - when I press the VOL- HOME Power buttons it pops up such a window:
Samsung Galaxy S7: Unauthorized OS Modification, USB Debugging Issue & Software Update Failure

    - like dam VOL + this message appears:
Samsung Galaxy S7: Unauthorized OS Modification, USB Debugging Issue & Software Update Failure
and at this point nothing is drawn just hanging.
There, at the top, it says:
    ODIN MODE
    DOWNLOAD SPEED: FAST
    PRODUCT NAME: SM-G930F
    CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
    STATUS system: Custom
    FAP LOCK: ON
    Secure Download: Enabled
    VOID WARRANTS: 0 (0x0000)
    AP SWREV B: 1 K: 0 S: 0

-a dam VOL + HOME Power pops up such a window:
Samsung Galaxy S7: Unauthorized OS Modification, USB Debugging Issue & Software Update Failure

How should I check this flag?

    Added after 5 [minutes]:

And if I start combining something, is it tantamount to the loss of the warranty?

Flags do not have, as you have in download mode to connect under the computer and upload the odinem soft which you have to download, the smart switch will do it yourself, but somewhere doing something wrong.

You can check the flag by using Phone INFO, which can be downloaded from the Play Store.

If you do not feel up to it, it's better to upload the system in your local service or use the phone in the state it is now.

How much such something can cost me as if I gave it back to the site? And the flag is not set, it is 0x0

The latest software for today with no branding for Poland:

    Model Info: GALAXY S7 SM-G930F
    Nougat 7.0
    Date: August 31, 2017
    Poland (XEO): G930FXXS1DQHI

It is these updates that show your phone - you have the penultimate version of the software with orange as I guessed:

    Country / Region Poland (Orange)
    PDA G930FXXU1DQGR
    Product Code OPV
    CSC G930FOPV1DQG1
    Phone G930FXXU1DQEX

And trying to update to the latest from Orange:

    Country / Region Poland (Orange)
    PDA G930FXXU1DQIG
    Product Code OPV
    CSC G930FOPV1DQI1
    Phone G930FXXU1DQIB
    7.0 Nougat (Android) / September 26, 17

Or you can write by yourself. Or you can give away for service guarantees. Or use an unauthorized service. :)

Before changing the software, reset the phone from the menu, because I'm either sight-impaired or you have FRP-ON. That there was then no problem with the password for the Google account, if you do not remember what you entered :)

The phone has been sent under the warranty for service. They have re-uploaded the software and the phone is working properly.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Samsung Galaxy S7 experiencing issues after unauthorized OS modification and enabling USB debugging. The user encountered a boot loop at the Samsung logo and received warnings about unauthorized modifications when attempting software updates.
