Last year, I installed a new (mesh) antenna for UHF signal reception - MUX 1, 2, 3 to receive from the Łódź Komin EC-4 transmitter, not knowing that the Łódź - Zygry VHF - MUX 8 transmitter will be activated later. Currently, we want to receive new programs I installed an antenna crossover (75 Ohm impedance; Inputs: VHF and UHF; 1 DC max 30V / 400MA output; Frequency range (MHz) VHF 47-230MHz UHF 470-790MHz; Transition suppression 8; Separation between inputs : dB> 20) and then connected an additional antenna directed at the Łódź - Zygry transmitter. And to my surprise from the VHF antenna there is not a bit of signal - before that I connected it to the entire installation before I checked from the ground at a maximum height of 2-3 m whether there was a signal, it was. It was a few days earlier but the programs worked without any problems. On the page emimaps.emitel.pl they say that it should work without any problems. Other MUXs work without a problem although according to this site MUX 3 should not be received at all and MUX 1, 2, after amplifying the signal and I use only the balancer. I also receive a weak signal from the transmitter located near Konin - Żółwieniec but this signal is often broken. I am currently in Łódź and I was checking the signal in the city center and it turns out that there is also a problem, like the decoder finds the whole mux 8 but there is no picture or sound at all.
In the attachment I am sending a very simplified installation diagram which I made, I will add that I am not a technician so I describe everything literally without professional names. Of course, my request for help concerns the place which is marked on the map.

The question is what is the additional antenna on VHF because from the drawing it looks like the grid and for VHF it is not very suitable - especially for the vertical (I did not check how you have vertical or horizontal). The second thing is whether there is an amplifier in it because if it is a question is it powered? Because if it's not

then you should not be surprised

VHF signal is transmitted horizontally. There is a balancer in each antenna, so no power supply is needed.

Maybe in such a system you need to install an amplifier ??
If so, how and how to integrate it in this installation so that everything works properly ??

I have an LNA177 amplifier from another antenna. Could he help me in this case ??

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about electronics. I do not know if it will be able to power this amplifier with my installation (in particular, it is about the adder, because it has a diagram that shows that there should be current flow on UHF and not VHF - unless I read it incorrectly ).

In my installation, exactly the same splitter and adder are installed as in the pictures, while one antenna (VHF [Łódź-Zygry]) is the same as in the graphics, while the other is twice as large and works properly.

also mesh and for VHF it is not very suitable -

better would be directional on VHF. In addition, check whether you have made a mistake such as shorting the braid to the vein.

What is the balancer on the VHF antenna?

Yes, I checked all connections, I didn't find any irregularities, so it's not it (unless the cable is damaged inside).

The balancer I used was BADMOR K6-69, so you advised me in a store with antennas.
