TV Sharp LC-49CFE6032E update error - black screen after update.

Hello, please help.

I have a Sharp tv smart LC-49CF6032E model, after updating to v 1.19 (old v1.13), it was updated according to the instructions:

Save the LINK on the computer and its contents according to the EXTRACT ON Pendrive instruction:

1. The file should be unpacked and the content should be loaded onto an empty FAT32 formatted pen drive.
2. Please unplug the TV set.
3. Pendrive should be placed in the USB port of the TV set.
4. Please turn on the TV.
5. The software update will start.
6. After completing it, remove the pendrive from the USB input, then turn off the TV from the power supply and turn it on again after 10 seconds.
7. If after the update the service mode (yellow K) is still displayed, turn on any channel and press the key combination [MENU] [1] [3] [4] [9].

However, it did not work, the update was successful, but after turning on the TV I have a black image and only sound.

Can it be done differently on this model, I tried everything
UMC Poland service claims that this is the only good method.

Maybe you can somehow return to the previous or factory settings from the remote control, because you can't see anything on the screen.

After 1, there is no such model.

After 2 you had to not update.

After 3 you have to take the TV for repair.

There is such a model, serial number from the TV B49CF6032EB02Z36105751101319.
The update was needed because it crashed a lot on YouTube.
He wants to avoid repairs.

The issue is perhaps in the method of recording or choosing a USB flash drive.
According to the recommendations, it should be a pendrive compressed to Fat32 and any size (it is recorded on 8 GB), I do not know what the error is,
maybe it should be done differently because it doesn't work that way.

Correct the name in the subject to: LC-49CFE6032E

Or try again:
- same firmware
-other USB flash (sometimes like in Toshiba, LG has to be combined with a few usb flash drives, some manufacturers cannot tolerate it
- try FAt16 / or 32 format, e.g. for win xp

Ultimately it is because the model under Warranty (production started in mid (June) 2016) brought to the service
- formerly tlf. with the question not to bear in vain
- translate that the TV asked for an automatic update ... and it happened what happened

I searched the whole internet for vol- and input (source in my case) does nothing

Do you have any idea

TV needs to be improved!

What is this supposed to bring to the matter, improve how?
