    Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some help, I hope I'm not bothering too much.

Recently on my Sharp TV some channels stopped showing and I decided to upgrade it. I had version 1.00 and I got 1.03 from this forum but once installed the image turned upside down and the colors were weird.

I saw a solution in a thread that is already closed (to force a downgrade), but I haven't been able to get it to work for me.

I transfer the files (V1.03_0x1F5F_20160603_FORCED) to a USB formatted in FAT32. I unplug the cable from the TV (the LED goes off immediately), plug in the USB and turn on the TV.

At first, the TV turned on by itself when connecting the cable, and nothing happened. Touching MENU 1147 took away the option to start when power was restored, but it didn't work either, the red LED lights up but doesn't blink anytime.

I don't have many more ideas, if someone can help me I would really appreciate it. Attached photo of my Sharp model.

    Thank you very much

most probably you didn't use the correct software
this model can use 3/4 different panel type, according to serial number
if you used a software for a different serial number, it's normal that you have problem on the image

try using this one, that is the latest for your serial number

@billobirillo thanks a lot for your answer. Unfortunately the television tells me that it does not detect files on the usb. It's the same USB that I used to upload from 1.00 to 1.03 and now it doesn't detect anything...

If I try to downgrade with the method that I precisely read to you, nothing happens either. Either I'm very stupid, or I've ruined the TV

    this solution doesn't work?

copy the files MSD3463_S.bin and MSD3463_MD5.txt on an empty usb stick fat32 formatted
unplug the power cord from AC mains and wait until the standby led has extinguished
insert the usb stick and reconnect the power cord
look at the standby led, at the beginning it flashes slowly, after about 1 minute it doubles the speed, update completed
unplug the power cord and the usb stick
reconnect the power cord and turn on the TV: it starts in first installation mode

No, it doesn't buddy. Probably I do something wrong, These were my steps:

I unplug the cable from AC (the LED goes off immediately), plug in the USB (already formatted with the two files in it, nothing else) and reconnect AC. At first, the TV turned on by itself when connecting the cable, and nothing happened.

Touching MENU 1147 took away the option to start when power was restored, but it didn't work either, the red LED lights up but doesn't blink anytime

try repeating the downgrade procedure with these two files: they are the same
I've only renamed the bin file and edited the txt file

is there a letter K on the screen?
have you tried to perform the software update by user menu or through entering the service menu with the sequence MENU 1147?
try using either the MSD3463.bin or MSD3463_S.bin files

otherwise, the only way I know to restore the tv is through rewriting the spiflash UF1

Wow, wow, it worked like a charm! What a genius. Now the LED blinked and of course, the letter K appeared but I "Ship Init" using MENU 1147 and everything goes fine, now I got all the channels again, and I could order them using a back up.

Thank you, thank you, thank you very much buddy. You were sooooo kind and helpful. Have a nice weekend.

Hi, I have the same problem as the colleague above, only that on the LC-48cff6002e model and the above mentioned way with the standby diode and disconnecting it from AC power does not work. Would you be able to help me?
