BMW X3 E83 - BMW X3 check and P3264 error on torque and some questions.

    Hello
    I bought a BMW X3 from 2008.
In general, everything seems fine with the work of the engine and the whole car but sometimes the check indicator pops up. I did not notice that the car behaved differently after lighting the indicator. After connecting the phone thanks to ELM 327 to BMW shows me the error P3264 which I manage to delete. After a few days and sometimes even faster pops up again. I replaced all filters and oil. Unfortunately, it's still the same although I was hoping that after replacing the fuel filter the problem would be solved. ELM 327 is enough or buy something else that will give me many more options etc.? I am talking about interface in the amount of PLN 30-300.
I am asking for help in solving the problem and clarifying my doubts.

In addition, I would like to buy the original Bluetooth module for my BMW, because I have a multifunction steering wheel and this option would be very useful to me. What is the workload and cost involved?
I am also thinking about adding the original monitor but I do not know what it looks like if the monitor itself can be added, e.g. only with a DVD function or terrestrial television only. Somehow I care about navigation but if it wasn't a lot of work and costs, maybe I would be tempted.
I am asking for help and thank you in advance.

This is a flowmeter error for low flow, there may be several reasons for this.

So how do you continue to diagnose it? I will try to check in turn.
I also noticed that sometimes when accelerating at the beginning between 1400-2000 revolutions there is such a break for a fraction of a second in pulling. I don't know if one can be related to the other.

If we want to get help, we give a description of the error so that others do not have to look for it.
If the flow is too low, for example, the flow meter may be deceiving, there may be a hole behind the flow meter and the turbine, leaky EGR.

I don't know the error description. Torque gave only the number.
I searched but did not find what exactly this error meant. Anyone have any page with a list of errors for BMW ??

I saw it but it was not confirmed for me because I also saw other descriptions of this error.
I was looking for a list of BMW errors and did not find this code in any of the found lists.
If this is the correct description, please -
:P 3264 Mass or volume of airflow too low due to sensor failure

There are various reasons for this. Not just a flow. INPA will provide additional guidance codes.

When you write the software it is ELM. You have enough.

Kol ewenemet with a hoe on the sun hits as I can see, but it's nothing to repair will also be a hoe.

Why don't you order a repair for someone who does this?

Because for 3 years the loan will be repaid for it. So only enough fuel for a week of driving.
So why pay someone for a diagnosis and repair as you can swap yourself and eventually you will get it. ;)

Dude, if you don't have the equipment, then don't just take it to someone who has the equipment and above all knowledge and don't really jump with Elm and Torque to BMW.

I would like to know what interface I can buy for how much money to even know if the mechanic does not invent uncommon things.
Maybe it's enough to spend PLN 100 or PLN 200 and something will always tell me that device.
Or maybe you have to spend 1000 PLN. Then I'll buy with a friend in half because he also has such a BMW.

Just PLN 200. Search for something from D + CAN, for newer ones search under ISTA.
You have to remember that knowledge is the most important thing, because what do you think about the cable and the program if you do nothing with it?

Replace the emphysema. I had the same thing in x3 from 2006.
Such a mistake also comes with leaks on the suction and exhaust.
    I bet on pneumonia.

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around a 2008 BMW X3 experiencing a recurring check engine light and the P3264 error code, which indicates low airflow. The owner has replaced all filters and oil but continues to face the issue. Various potential causes are suggested, including a faulty flowmeter, leaks in the intake or exhaust systems, and issues with the EGR valve. Participants recommend using more advanced diagnostic tools like INPA for better error code interpretation, while also discussing the cost-effective options for diagnostic interfaces. The owner is also interested in acquiring an original Bluetooth module for the vehicle, seeking advice on installation and costs.
