Hello. I have a problem with my Skoda 1.4 mpi from 2001. Once my Skoda started to smoke white, so I thought that the head gasket was okay. I took a mechanic I knew and we replaced the gasket.
We replenished the fluid and etc. Fire up and nothing! no improvement as it smoked so continued to smoke. We took the heads off, we checked it for leakage but everything is fine, we didn't plan to plan because it was planned previously. We put it on again after carefully examining each element before putting it on and no improvement. How she smoked so smoked white. Anyone had a similar problem before? Help

And when it smokes, it decreases what? Water or oil?

It kills the water, it's fine for a while, then the water goes up and white smoke starts packing out of the pipe

If this is Czech rubbish, with a camshaft in the block, and the head has definitely been checked for water-tightness, then you have a broken bushing.

If the head is checked, there may be gaskets (washers) under the cylinder liners.
