    Hi.
I have the abovementioned oven, I've always suspected him of false indications, but only now I bought two thermometers, which confirmed this. Oven dual cook turns off 20-50 ° C too early, this applies to both the upper and lower chambers, as well as both chambers simultaneously.

    I also noticed that sometimes when I want to reach 200 ° C, I set 230 ° C, heats to 210 ° C, then reduces to 200 ° C and then the oven also holds the set 200 ° C.

I suspect a thermostat, I found one  link but I also see that temperature sensors are available.

The question is what can be damaged, and how many of these thermostats are there dual cook , although they would all break down at once, just such a coincidence?
I would also like to add that you can hear something in the oven when you change the temperature settings (probably a thermostat).

    Do it this way:
set 200C and wait 15-20 minutes and then measure the temperature.
If it is 200C with a small error then everything is OK.
The oven must be warmed up before use, and in this phase temperature fluctuations are most in place.

The thermostat you indicate has nothing to do with maintaining the set temperature.

But since the oven sounds and visually signals heating to the set temperature and is not heated, something is probably not quite ok? I will run tests and let you know. Oven set at 200 ° C as one chamber, i.e. separator removed without up-down heaters, only hot air, i.e. heaters in the back. To emit a sound signal heats up very quickly to about 130 ° C, then it goes up very laboriously: after 20min 180 ° C after 30 min 190-195 ° C. The temperature remains unchanged for the next 10 minutes. Is this a bit slow?

    I will cool it down and check how it heats on the heaters themselves. On the heaters themselves, similarly after 10 min, it signals heating at 170 ° C, after 15min - 180 ° C, after 30min - 195 ° C, after 40 min 190 ° C.

    The upper chamber for hot air only: after 5 minutes it signals reaching the set temperature of 200 ° C, and the actual 130 ° C, after 10 minutes - 160 ° C, after 20 minutes - 175 ° C, after 30 minutes. - 180 ° C, after 40 min. - 185 ° C and not even approaching 200 ° C.

What could it be? A + class oven, and it warms up for 30 minutes, it's not a saving. Anyway, at the beginning it warms up quickly until it is signaled.

Where does the colleague set the thermometer? Check in the place where the oven is measured, i.e. next to the oven sensor.

On the middle shelf in a central place, and where does he measure the temperature, because certainly in several places since it's dual?

    Hello,

I wanted to join the thread because I think I have a similar problem.

I have an oven Samsung BF1N4T123. The oven burns terribly. After prolonged observation, my wife and I came to the conclusion that despite the set temperature, e.g. 100 ° C, he still heats up. It is difficult to determine to what level, because I do not have a suitable thermometer, but it is definitely a much higher temperature.

After that, it takes a long time to heat up. For example, I conducted a test today. I turned it on at 50 ° C and waited with the stopwatch to heat up. After almost 15 min. when it continued to heat up, I opened it and found that the temperature in it is much higher than even set 50 ° C. I bought a new thermostat  link , but when I opened the oven, it turned out that such thermostats are at least 2 (I did not look at the bottom of the oven) and a temperature sensor entering the interior  link . I only replaced the one on the back of the case, and the top was old.

Unfortunately, this did not bring the expected result, so I keep looking and ask for some tips. Replace another thermostat, temperature sensor or is it something else? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Has anyone dealt with these problems? I have a similar problem with under heating. I set 180 degrees and heats up to 130, but it's a curiosity because only in dual mode in the upper and lower half. If the oven works as a classic (one large compartment), then the temperatures are fine.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the Samsung BQ2D7G144 Dual Cook Oven, which is reported to have inaccurate temperature readings. Users have observed that the oven turns off 20-50 °C below the set temperature and experiences slow heating times. One user conducted tests showing discrepancies between the set and actual temperatures, particularly when using different heating modes. Concerns were raised about potential issues with the thermostat and temperature sensors, with suggestions to check the placement of thermometers and the number of thermostats in the oven. Another user shared a similar experience with a Samsung BF1N4T123 model, indicating that the problem may not be isolated to the BQ2D7G144. The discussion highlights the need for further testing and potential replacement of thermostats and sensors.
