    Hello.
Some time ago, after a few minutes of operation of the Samsung Dual Cook BQ1S4T133 oven (it was only heating up), the fuses blown, I have the impression that it also smelled a little burnt and a light smoke came out of it. Later, I checked the oven and it worked strangely (e.g. when hot air was on, first one and then the other fan turned off). I left the equipment alone until ... about a month later my wife forgot it was damaged and she just baked something good in it :)

To my surprise, everything seemed to work properly. Unfortunately, I recently took a closer look at how the oven works and bakes ok, but it heats up everything around (front door, display with knobs, induction hob, cabinets next to it). In addition, the inside of the digital display is steamed up and after opening the oven, large amounts of steam are released (previously it was much less).

As I have absolutely no experience with ovens, I have no idea how to go about it, if it's worth it and what's inside the oven. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and maybe knows what it may be the fault, what to look for after dismantling the oven?
Just before a service technician is called, I would like to know if it can not be repaired by myself and what costs can be expected for the repair.

best regards and thanks for any suggestions.

    Hello
I have never repaired the oven and please forgive me if I write something wrong. I believe there are 2 fans in the oven. 1 for hot air and 2 for cooling the oven housing. That is, the latter blows the oven from the outside and prevents other elements of the kitchen from heating up.
My suggestion is that you find this 2 fan and check it. I suspect it is burnt and hence the smoke.
    Regards, Tadek

Hello, I had the same problem. After a few minutes depending on the moisture in the food, the fuses blown. The problem is simple, i.e. the vapor condenses in the anti-interference filters. The reason for the bad location of the tin can. The problem is removed, I covered the shallow hole and moved the filters to another place (you need to clean the plate underneath it can be soothed, and the water vapor can also be in the lower fan, you also need to wash the fan axis and sleeves.

    Hello,
a few days ago I had a similar situation. While the oven was heating up, something smelled suddenly and the plugs blown out. Now, when I turn on hot air, the bottom fan does not turn, only the top one and the back heats up to red. The top-down baking function works normally, although I have an impression that it is less. I wonder if the upper fan is for baking or cooling and the bottom one. Has anyone had a similar situation? What could have happened and can you fix it yourself?

The thermal fuse will fall soon because there is no circulation, the shaft in the lower fan is seized.

How do I remove the top fan? Because I have a seized axle, probably, and the thermostat hit me

It is very simple, after removing the casing, just unscrew / loosen a few screws to slide the fan out of the holders. This is what the removed fan looks like next to the mounting point :)

Ok, that is, it is pulled from the inside, not from the back, then how to remove the cover, because so far I have only torn off the back and top?
