Exploring Ford C-Max mk1 2010: CD6000 Radio AUX Function, Bluetooth Connectivity

Does any of the forum members understand the situation in which there is an AUX button on the original radio, but no physical connection / plug (glove box, armrest, everything checked)?
In addition, is it possible for you to use Bluetooth as a hands-free set built into the radio, to play music from the phone in the car speakers? Is it possible to install a USB reader if the car does not have one as standard?
