After 4 hours of fighting with the SataIII SSD, it turned out that the sata cable was to blame.

    I tested 3 different cables

1st - sometimes the disk disappeared from the system or the speed testing programs (hdtune, crystal disk info, as ssd) did not detect the disk or delivered a crash, even MyComputer / manage / disks got stuck, as the system saw the disk, the speed was from 5 up to 70 MBs.

2nd - speed 350 read, 250 write, but not all programmers saw the disk.

3rd - read 500, write 480 (same as benchmarks on the network for this model)

How to choose sata cables for sata iii disk?

How to evaluate a cable when buying online or in a store to choose one that will have no problem with the Sata III standard.

All 3 cables that I tested in the sata II port were OK.

Don't buy online. Cables are not so expensive that you cannot buy them in a trusted store. SATA3 cables are just described. For SSD disks it is important that the cable is SATA3.
