    Hi!

One year after buying the computer, I decided it was high time to buy an SSD drive. Here, however, I have a dilemma which disk to choose.
I do not know if the components can interfere with the operation of the SSD drive if I have a SATAIII connector on the motherboard, but to be sure it will write it, maybe someone with, for example, such a board had a problem with the operation of one of the disks I mentioned.

    MB: MSI H110M PRO-VD
    RAM: 2x4GB 2133Mhz Patriot Viper DDR4
    GPU: GTX 1050Ti MSI Gaming X 4GB GDDR5
    CPU: i3 6100 3.7Ghz

    The drives I consider initially:
    ssd-goodram-cx300-120gb-sata3
    disk-ssd-goodram-iridium-gen2-120gb-sata3
    adata-su800-128gb-sata3
    ssd-transcend-ssd370-128gb-sata3

Which one will be the best / most efficient disk and which has the lowest failure rate, I am green on this topic.
I am also open to your suggestions.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Up to PLN 250, do you think that these 2 lasts in the 120GB versions will be better than, for example, GOODRAM IRDM?

SP920 is OK, good Marvell controller and good MLC memory. The SU800 as a last resort, a TLC memory drive, is quite bearable. GoodRAM IRDM2, despite the seemingly uninteresting controller, is doing quite well (I did speed tests, but the 240GB model, in the second post, a colleague from Forum also threw the measurement of the 120, link below).

When it comes to cheap drives, you can think of the Crucial BX300 (MLC), I will also provide a link to the test in a moment. If you want cheap and a lot, you can take a look at the Micron M1100 disk, it is a disk based on the same controller as the Crucial MX300 and equipped with 3D TLC memory. I will probably buy this disc next week and I will also check how it is doing, but I do not have any measurements yet.

    Benchmark GoodRAM IRDM 240GB: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3416340.html

The price of the Crucial M1100 is PLN 279: https://www.x-kom.pl/p/382690-dysk-ssd-micron-256gb-25-ssd-m1100-3d-nand-oem.html

I suggest you add up to 240GB Iridium Pro (1st gen - the better one) so that you can fit some FPS games

I thought about it, but the funds do not allow for games and general data storage, WD EZEX 1TB will be used.
Thanks for all the answers and suggestions!

I am sticking to the topic and I am looking for such a disk up to 128GB
from the posts above it appears that the best would be the DATA Premier Pro SP920 but the price kills.
Ultimate SU800 is only 300MB / s on record, but it's a more attractive price.
GoodRam IRDM GEN2 120GB a little over PLN 100 and interesting data:
    Read speed [MB / s]
    550
    Write speed [MB / s]
    530.

Crucialu BX300 in X-kom PLN 109 attractive price, but some exotic name scares me away.

Maybe someone will comment on the cx300 from goodram?

    Crucial MX500 250GB - PLN 200

Seriously, buying a smaller one is not profitable.

about PLN 100 for 128 GB and about PLN 200 for 250 GB what is so profitable here?

In half a year it will be worth 50% of its price, I have already invested the Samsung 860 EVO SSD in 500GB, I bought it for an external drive in the USB 3.0 pocket for PLN 40. I have a 500GB Plextor M8PeGN (M.2 NVMe) for the system. Also at the moment, HDDs and I have a lot of them are only connected when I need something from the "archive".

I bought my first 128GB SSD drive in early 3013 for PLN 449 and so far I do not regret any zloty.

If it is to be the main system disk, buy a larger one, because 128GB is almost nothing, think if you want to download a movie in 4K one day, you will need about 30-40 GB for one.

128gb for the system is not enough?

I have been using one in a stationary per system and haven't noticed any problems with it yet.
