Hello. my friend connected a new induction hob to me today. has four boxes, but the ones on the right don't see the pots. The 2 boxes on the left work ok. I wonder if this could be the fault of a wrong connection. Is it possible to connect the hob so that one field heats up and others not? I am a total layman. I will be grateful for suggestions. call an electrician or contact the service immediately?

Let's start with the album - the model.
Secondly, incorrect connection of the disc may result in the fact that "half" of the disc may not work. The board is connected to one or two phases?

According to the instructions, is the appropriate heating zone turned on?

Yes. I do everything right. the fields on the left detect the pot and heat up. in both boxes on the right the icon indicating the absence of a pot is flashing. in the field on the left you can hear this "snap" before detecting a pot. on the right nothing happens but the icon is flashing.

    solution for posterity:
a guest from the service found a burnt power supply and replaced it without discussion. did not find a wrong connection. And the interesting thing is that after 2 months the power supply burned again and replaced it again. we'll see for how long.
