Yes. I do everything right. the fields on the left detect the pot and heat up. in both boxes on the right the icon indicating the absence of a pot is flashing. in the field on the left you can hear this snap before detecting a pot. on the right nothing happens but the icon is flashing.

solution for posterity: a guest from the service found a burnt power supply and replaced it without discussion. did not find a wrong connection. And the interesting thing is that after 2 months the power supply burned again and replaced it again. we'll see for how long.
