Let's start with the album - the model. Secondly, incorrect connection of the disc may result in the fact that half of the disc may not work. The board is connected to one or two phases?

It is a Beko HII 64500 FHTW. Unfortunately I don't know exactly how the connection was made as I'm not familiar with it.

According to the instructions, is the appropriate heating zone turned on?

Yes, I'm doing everything right. The fields on the left detect the pot and heat up. On both fields on the right the icon flashes to indicate no pot. On the field on the left you can hear such a snap before the pot is detected. On the right, nothing happens, only the icon flashes.

For posterity the solution: The service guy found a burnt-out power supply and replaced it without discussion. He found no misconnection. And the interesting thing is that after 2 months the power supply burned out again and they replaced it again. We will see for how long.

Should I call an electrician or contact a service centre straight away?
