I am asking for a hint, the right power module did not work - two IGBTs burned, transistors replaced, 22nF capacitors, bridge preventive, the module still does not work, suspicious diodes at the transistors, but I do not know what diodes are. The control system powered from this module is working properly. Any suggestions are welcome. The photo of the module is attached.

Hello. You checked her because you can suspect anything. Voltage measurements done?

    Hello.
Check these elements on 8 legs, it's hard for me to say whether it was the optotriac or something else that made the measurements between those with damaged transistors and those from the second field.

As the predecessor wrote, the meter is in hand and you have to make measurements without it. Here you have an easier task because the other side of the board is good, so there is a pattern. Is the fuse on the PCB damaged after replacing the transistors? You will find the fuse on the first board, where the power is connected.

Thanks for the hints, but all the above-mentioned elements have been checked, the significant differences appear on those diodes, which are either ordinary diodes or zener, probably 15V.

If the diode was damaged, the resistance would be close to zero

The diode is from what I remember in parallel with the internal diode of the IGBT transistor,
and if it has a break it won't show zero resistance. And it shows about twice as much as on an efficient module, which is why I want to identify it.
    But thanks for the answer.

Buddy, I will ask preventively. You measured it in layout or outside of print.

Unfortunately, in the system, the plate cannot be removed for longer because it is the source of power for the control, and the left side of the oven must be active.
And the diagram is probably also a secret because it is nowhere to be found.

As for the diagrams, even the website does not have one. Well, here you have the answer why the values on these LEDs are different, as for me, the problem is still not on them. Desoldering and reassembly for someone who knows the operation of the soldering iron takes max 5 minutes with measurements, so only a little bit of willingness

To sum up, the replacement of IGBTs, 22nF capacitors, the relay and the soldering of the path on the power module acting as a fuse. The board works and the suspected LEDs are OK.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting a Beko HII 64500 FT induction hob that remains non-functional despite replacing IGBTs, transistors, and 22nF capacitors. The user suspects issues with diodes associated with the transistors but is uncertain about their specifications. Various suggestions include checking voltage measurements, inspecting the fuse on the PCB, and confirming the condition of the diodes. The user notes that the control system powered by the module is operational, but the absence of a schematic complicates diagnostics. Ultimately, the user has replaced several components and soldered paths on the power module, yet the problem persists.
