I will start from the beginning. I have a Samsung galaxy s4 gt-9515, the first less important problem because it has been going on for about a year. Sometimes, when the phone has about 10% battery and the workshop is not warm, it sometimes restarts automatically after unlocking the screen, but this happens rarely and only when you feel that the phone is cold, usually it lies on a metal trolley, table on a piece paper: p (there is no such problem at home)
The second more serious problem that I care about is that recently in the evening the range disappeared in the upper left corner was the word Plus, but during the connection, a message was popping up that it was not registered on the network, and an error was popping up in the text messages. I turned off, turned on the phone and after a while it was ok you can call, write and LTE works. The next day I wanted to check my messages, unlocked my phone and restarted. Out of range, unable to register network.
Lte / wcdma / gsm network operation mode is not working
I switched to wcdma / gsm there was the inscription PLUS but you can not call further, WCDMA mode no range, It works only on GSM mode.

The sim card is 100% functional, checked on 3 phones and the connection and LTE work on all of them

I was restoring the factory settings,
I brought back the original branded soft Plus with my purse, probably 4 something (earlier from 1.5 years I had a lolipop 5.0, 5.1) without changes only gsm mode
then Using odin I uploaded a newly branded 5.1

then I uploaded (not branded?) XOE

and finally I downloaded it by accident

Well, I installed it, everything works, you can use LTE
The network operation mode is set to lte / wcdma / gsm, but every now and then it throws a message that the android operation has been stopped and the phone as if it would jam. After pressing OK it returns every 2-3 seconds.
So I returned to the original software: / but I'm not happy to use 2G (after restoring it hung on the samsung logo, it started after restarting from the recovery mode)
The name is right, it is displayed on the phone 355847063232065/01 on the box is without a tip / 01
Have any ideas ? Maybe some other modem can be uploaded?
I would like to ask for help, I can repay you in automotive topics the phone doesn't feel like scrap yet and feels like it might still be of service for a while 
To make it more funny, it happened 3 days after the end of the warranty, and a moment earlier I signed a new subscription contract, but without a phone, because I was convinced that it would work for another year
