The question may be secular but for me the phone is not a toy but a device for conducting conversations and I often do not know what is on its menu.
But to the point. In December I got a new phone call. From the very beginning there are problems with the range and disconnection of connections. In places where for years I have talked in the same network without any problems, now almost every time I stop talking, it ceases to be heard for a dozen or so dozen or so seconds. How I am outside is much better. Maybe something is wrong with the phone maybe something is wrong? Therefore, I have a question: I enter the menu and in the "cell phone network". There I have 4 positions to choose from:
- 2G / 3G / LTE (Auto)
- 3G / 2G (Auto)
- Only 3G
- Only 2G
After setting the 2G / 3G / LTE range I have no line at all. (Big City of Lublin) Internet does not work at all - when I try to enter Net I have the message "you are of line" (sometimes it works but once on a Russian year) you can not send an MMS. Sending goes on forever. When I'm outside, sometimes I have one line.
After switching to other options, the range is almost maximal and the least breaks at 2G but then the internet does not work and I will not send MMS you need to switch to 3G or 2G / 3G (Auto) then you can send MMS and the internet works, but the call breaks the call permanently . I have to walk around the room and look for "reach." Hassle.
Maybe someone from colleagues who know the subject can suggest something (something else to set?). In my opinion, a phone call for a lot .... but maybe I'm wrong.
A few days ago for the test card, I transferred the Samsung Galaxy mini2 to Samsung and no problems, no interruption, it works like a dream in the same places.
The software is most up-to-date. Android 5.1.1
Return to warranty repair? But as I say it will come back after a few weeks with the annotation "fully functional"
