    The matrix is HC390DUN-VCFP1-21XX. When the left tape is removed from the matrix, half the screen is white, the right one is the other half white and on the other side after pressing the menu for example colored vertical stripes appear. I measured the T-CON.

    Ok, the matter is clear, the matrix for scrap metal, damaged tapes, by washing the matrix with some wonderful liquids, the tapes are from the bottom and everything that flows on the screen poured straight onto the tape and plate connection and ate everything nicely.
