I have had a problem with it before and it was enough to enter "wsreset.exe" in the "Run" window (Win + R). Unfortunately, I can't get rid of it that easily. I also don't have a restore point (not enough disk space). At this address I found several ways to fix this error:

Unfortunately, I have a problem checking methods 2 and 5. In method 2, I am not sure of the Polish translation of "Software Licensing", and in 5 I cannot stop the "WinDefend" service in Task Manager (access denied).
Thanks for the help.

In Control Panel (Win + I) I found "Troubleshooting". Later:
System and security: Solve problems with Windows Update> ... found nothing ...> Try again as an administrator
After repair and restart I didn't have this error anymore. I found a solution here . I don't know if it matters, but I've reset IE11 settings before.

Every now and then the error returns, but this time I tried a different way ( source ):
Win + X> Command line (administrator)> paste this:
sfc / scannow
If the scan did not detect anything, then paste it:
dism.exe / online / cleanup-image / scanhealth
dism.exe / online / cleanup-image / restorehealth
After restarting, Windows Defender should start normally.
