    Hello, I have a problem with the computer shutting down, every 30 minutes this error pops up:
    "According to the settings, the right permissions for the application are not granted the Local Activation right to the COM server application with the CLSID class ID
    {} 8D8F4F83-3594-4F07-8369-FC3C3CAE4919
    and APPID application ID
    {F72671A9-012C-4725-9D2F-2A4D32D65169}
    to the NT NT \ SYSTEM MANAGER with the SID security identifier (S-1-5-18) from the LocalHost address (using the LRPC) operating in the application container with the SID Not available (Not available). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool. "

    The computer is new, bought 3 days ago on x-kom.

    Thanks in advance .

    The error occurs when there is a problem with the DCOM owner or permissions. From what I see, many people have problems of this type when the Windows update did not go well. If this error is what I think about, then the error code is 10016

    On the Microsoft's Microsoft forum, they write: Windows 10 forum

    In another forum they wrote: Ten Forums Local Activation Permission

    And here they reportedly give a specific solution: Windows Report
    And here you have even drawings: Ronnypot blog

    Since the latter looks like the easiest solution and the most logically written, I will translate it to you (it turned out, however, that I had to complete the description a little:

    How To Fix EventID 10016 Error
    1. Run regedit > search {F72671A9-012C-4725-9D2F-2A4D32D65169}
    2. Right click on> Permissions 'and' advanced '.
    3. In the highest line, click on ' Change 'and add' users 'in the white box> select this white box (it's probably about clicking on' Check the names ")> click OK
    4. In the window " Permissions (or " security "I do not know, because I do not have a Polish system)", check Full control 'for' administrator 'i' Users (Users) '.
    5. Go to Component Services (in Administrative Tools )> Go there to Computers . My computer . ConfigurationDCOM and go to {F72671A9-012C-4725-9D2F-2A4D32D65169} > click it with the Right Key and go to " Security ".
    6. Thanks to the changes that we made earlier in the registry, you can change a bit here. You can see there three different fields for setting Permissions.
    7. Click on " Edit "at Launch and activation privileges > add user ' SYSTEM 'if it's not there.
    8. Give him all possible permissions> click OK.
    9. If you have any account ending in .local , give it local authority.
    10 You could end it, but you can also restore your previous settings in regedit
    11. W regedit , restore permissions (or there owner) CLSID back to SYSTEM and APPID to TRUSTED INSTALLER, (full name is NT SERVICE \ trustedinstaller).
    12. After reboot, the error should stop appearing.

    And so from me: I do not sit in front of your computer, so "what's wrong is not me" :roll: .

    I'm just adding. In the matter, go to see the sequence of these letters and numbers; you have to choose a view (e.g. a list, large icons, etc.) in the form of details.
