Telefunken LED TV D32H278R3: Replacing 17MB82 Motherboard with D32H278A3 - Upside Down Image

Hello,

i am new in this Forum.I am from Germany.My Problem:
I have an Telefunken LED TV Model: D32H278R3
The Motherboard Vester 17MB82 is broken.
I buy on Ebay an other Board from an Telefunken D32H278A3.
Now the Picture ist standing on the Head and the Picture ist very Bad.

Motherboard: 17MB82S
Power Supply:17IPS71
Panel:VES315WNDL-2D-N02

Here some Picture from the TV.

Ok,it is not the right T-CON Board.Does the right T-CON board work with the VES315WNDL-2D-N02 panel?
In the service menu one can make some settings but panel does not select. A little at the color and sound.
An update via USB does not go.USB Stick is detected. File does not go (08_nolu_yazilim_V.084/upgrade_loader.pkg)
Wong Software?
A USB log I could make(USB trace.log).

Or I sell everything back on Ebay.
I do not know what's wrong with the old board.
CPU? RAM? Flash?

Is the Software in the Winbond Chips ?

Can i flash the Winbond Chips ?

What can i do?

Who can help me,please ?

Please upload here dump of U10/U12 (25Q32 & 25Q64) of your matherboard. I want compare the contents with other firmware.I have now the same model - Telefunken D32H278KT3

my TV works again.I solder the old(from D32H278R3) Winbond Chips to the other Board(R32H278A3).Before I soldered I created a dump from the Chips.With Raspberry and Flashron Software.I have wrote new Winbonds and solder it but it works not.I think the CPU from the old Board is dead.Or not?I wrote the new Chips with Images/Dumps from a Polish Board.The Size was correct.
When anywone needs my Dumps(D32H278R3 and R32H278A3) can i post it.
