    I recently bought several items for my computer. As I wanted the order to be processed in one store, I checked several sources. I gave a specific list of items: thermal grease, cables, mouse, batteries, keyboards ...

    In two words, drama and massacre. Absolute lack of professionalism.

    It's good that you didn't have to advertise anything. Everywhere you would give mainly minuses ;) (the customer buys - it's ok, the customer wants something - and let it fall on the tree).

    And in general it looks like you wrote. You can count on fast shipping only for very popular goods (e.g. processor, graphic card).
    If you have your own list of requests and there are less dry goods on it, you will wait a few days everywhere (the goods must arrive from the warehouse to the store and only to you).

    From well-known stores, they are e.g. emag (formerly Agito), techplanet.

    1 (morele.pl) - in this store I will never make a purchase again, I will add frequent problems with the computers they put together (a lot of topics here on the forum)
    2 (net-s.pl) - in this rather not already, on the page like an ox written "goods in stock" and then you wait it is not known how many 4-6 days later the next mail that 1-3 days, senselessness and terribly poor contact
    3 (proline.pl) - I don't know, I didn't use it, but after opinions circulating on the Internet, I won't use it
    4 (x-kom.pl) - I used it several times, I had no problem
    5 (komputronik.pl) - I haven't used it for a long time, but the prices are quite high

    I recommend:
    emag.pl - I have already ordered it many times, there was no problem getting in touch
    arest.pl - good contact, quick implementation
    oleole.pl - ordering information on a regular basis, quick delivery

    From my perspective, it looks like this:

    1) Apricots:
    + large assortment
    + they have a fairly comfortable page with good filtering and saving options for baskets (although I will not hide, the previous "simpler" version of the page was in my opinion much better and faster, as well as less annoying - entering insurance equipment suggestions when adding to the cart drive crazy, there is an option to turn it off for the duration of the session, although the "never show again" option could be useful - of course it could be done easily, but it is not in the seller's interest).
    + usually deliver the equipment within the declared period (although sometimes slippage has occurred)
    + customer service is usually able to solve more obvious problems over the phone
    + have a personal pick up point in my city.
    + they have a "3-day service", so if we hit equipment that is out of order at the time of receipt or will fall down immediately, then we will not have to undergo the standard service procedure, but most often we will get new equipment
    - the duration of the service procedure depends on the luck and the arrangement of the planets in the sky. Here we are talking about a standard service, because I used the three-day service once and it worked quite quickly. The last two service requests are a failure in terms of time. I advertised the XFX power supply - I delivered it to the netpoint, after almost three weeks I got the information that the equipment arrived at the control panel - I wanted to find out in the service office whether anyone from Gdynia to Krakow walked with him on foot, and if not, why he lay more than two weeks on the netpoint. No one was able to answer this question for me. Direct contact with the RMA department is not possible. I received an evasive answer to the written report of the problem in which I was demanding an answer, not at all connected with my question.) With the GTX980 complaint I made more smoke because it lasted over a month. Under pressure from me, I got a refund after 5 weeks, which turned out to be a plus, because it was enough for the GTX1070 (with a new warranty). So it ended up happy ending, but it lasted too long. So when it comes to the time frame of the RMA procedure - a big minus.

    I rather buy parts and do not order ready sets, although several times I ordered the whole with assembly. Usually OK, although I had comments for assembly twice, but overall in terms of survival.

    2) net-s
    + for me plus the option of personal pickup in Gdynia
    + large assortment
    + they have low prices (with a few caveats - at least some time ago this was the case - if you were looking for goods through their store, you received a price, through the price you found the same product on the Net, but at a lower price. After clicking the link from the price it remained lower price. As part of the back, you could put together sets in three different browsers and prices were slightly different in each)
    - delivery times unpredictable, sometimes it is better, sometimes worse, but in general when I rush with some equipment, I do not order in this company. There is no chance of shipping and delivery within 24 or even 48 hours.
    - prices for shipping and personal pickup can be quite significant and unpredictable (with the amount of equipment increasing, so if we take a lot of equipment it may turn out that you have to pay PLN 40 for shipping. In total, even personal pickup is charged with the cost of collection. Still but sometimes even adding this cost still pays off).
    - service request processing time rather poor.
    - website slow, hard to browse. In fact, I prefer to search for equipment through their prices, rather than through their store.
    - telephone contact is virtually impossible, contact via the GG numbers is rather too. Usually I am able to get to this store faster than to get through. But they usually reply to emails quite quickly.

    I have never ordered a complete set, I cannot assess it.

    3) Proline - I ordered once in my life, I ordered and got it, fast shipping. I can't rate the contact and service.

    4) x-cell
    + quite a nice website (although the older version was faster and better in my navigation), quite large filtering possibilities
    + good customer service, good phone contact, a lot of things can be done over the phone, consultants give the impression of being competent, even if they are surprised by the question they try to find the answer, which often succeeds.
    + I can pick up in a neighboring city. On the downside, quite large queues, but it's not the store's fault that people come there :)
    + service in the store also OK, they do not make problems, try to meet customer expectations. If they give the bodies they will apologize and compensate the client for the problem (by themselves).
    + most often they do not have problems with the timeliness of delivery (although here also some mishaps happened, but there are not many)
    + the service does not try to blame the customer every time, only tries to help the customer, although sometimes the situation is not entirely obvious (be it the fault of the customer, equipment and manufacturer, or maybe transport). In unclear situations, they rather try (to the best of their ability) to go along with the client. The speed of the complaint procedure is quite good.

    It turned out that they do not have minuses with me. Sometimes it is possible to find equipment cheaper, but often I prefer to pay a few zlotys from the cheapest offer and have a few premium things - predictable dates and service without problems. It is worth paying extra for it :)

    I have never assembled the whole set with them, I cannot assess the quality of assembly.

    Komputronik - I rarely order, if only online. I have a salon in my city, so I usually pick it up in person. They are not always the most expensive store, sometimes they manage to hit something at a reasonable price. I didn't use the website, it's hard for me to evaluate. I did not assemble a complete computer with them, I cannot assess the quality of assembly (although I saw several older machines with their logo on people and it did not look bad).

    From other stores that I use:
    Emag - the successor of Agito.
    + website is not particularly tiring to use
    + they have a free courier delivery for the whole assortment, no cash on delivery is payable.
    + they send equipment that is marked as available to them almost immediately, I happened to order one day and the next morning the courier was with the package, i.e. logistics OK

    I am not able to assess the phone contact, service or quality of the sets, because I did not use these services.

    I also used OleOle (only via the Internet, they quickly delivered what I ordered), Euro (I ordered to the store, they completed the order quite quickly), Neonet (I ordered to the store and with a courier, in both cases I received the goods fairly quickly), Sferis (delivery to the salonit was not extremely fast, but also did not go on infinity, plus for them they have a huge number of personal collection points in the country), Redcoon (fairly fast shipping of the order). In the case of these stores, no major contact was needed, I did not use the service, I did not order a computer kit from parts (where possible), so it's difficult to assess the quality.

    I mainly use x-kom and I can't complain either.
    + Fast delivery usually on the second day.
    + If you make a mistake, you can easily get along. I received the motherboard and it turned out that they delivered the wrong model. A very nice lady sold me another more expensive and better CD at the price ordered.
    + Complaints and returns without a problem. I ordered a case that I had to return because it didn't fit under the desk. I gave it away without a problem and bought another one.
    + Prices have good. Sometimes there will be another shop with a better price but it is not a big difference. In addition, I always pick up personally because I am close to the store and I can check everything on site before picking up.

    Unfortunately, before buying in NET-S I did not read the numerous negative reviews that can be found on the Internet about this store. I ordered a product from them for over 1800 PLN. I checked the product in accordance with my rights. Unfortunately, he did not meet my expectations, so I gave him away and problems began here. Given the store's reputation, I have prepared myself for attempted fraud on the part of NET-S. Before sending, I took pictures of the product, which show that it is intact and perfect. Of course, I opened the product, which allows me. A shop representative who did not even boldly lied to me claiming that the product "has traces of use and dirt" and that it will deduct 10% of its price, i.e. PLN 180, which of course is against the law, even if such traces actually existed. Of course, they did not intend to give me back the return shipment, let alone my interest (Art. 32 par. 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and Art. 7. par. 3. Act of 2 March 2010 on the protection of some consumer rights).

    @Oszukany_Klient Question: Where do you have information that you are about to receive a refund for sending back the product and what interest you want for what?

    There is information in the act that the seller is to give back the cost the customer has paid for shipping to himself. Return price + lowest shipping cost.
    I have not seen an entry anywhere that the seller should bear the cost of returning the goods, unless a decent EMAG company that sends a courier to collect the package.

    I only buy in media expert, euro and komputronik. No complaints, but only once I advertised a pendrive after 2 months in media expert and gave away the cash right away. In euro from the outlet you can get something specific cheaper. I bought the ASUS Radeon RX 580 OC ROG Strix 8GB GDDR5 256bit for 1139 and for my wife Garett G22 for 118.

    Note Note Note - in June I bought a driving recorder as a Mio 792 + A20 set in the Komputronik store and after a few weeks it turned out to be faulty freezes and stops recording (I recorded the malfunction with the phone). I am currently after 4 rejected complaints and each time I am told that the recorder is operational and I do not take into account recorded and sent videos with evidence of malfunction of recorders. I write a comment because of powerlessness and caution for buyers in this store - they are very nice to serve before buying and how to pay - it is worse to advertise something !!! Recorders for 8 months landed on the site 4 times so they were more in it than in my car. I was left to refer the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman and the buyers should consider whether they want to go through what I have been for 7 months and for almost 1000 PLN spent not have the equipment because it is again on the site and in return full of nerves and further calls to the Commissioner to direct what keep doing. Update of the opinion --- I just got another answer regarding registrars' complaints - as I expected - REJECTED COMPLAINT once again !!! UPDATE - driving recorder sent for complaint on November 30, 2018 until today in a complaint at Komputronik - after 4 complaints sent back thrown into the box without protection, which resulted in scratching the display - contact by phone on January 29, 2019 and to this day they look guilty of this situation - 10 days already - SAVE IT Komputronik STORE QUALITY I just received a message from Mr. Stanisław from Komputronik who deals with my complaint - WANT TO SEND A TRIED AND FAULT RECORDER THE NEXT RECORDER IS NOT REPAIRED !!! draw conclusions from my problem yourself and form an opinion about the Komputronik store. In a private message I received such a reply, and I quote - Customer service department will send you today a full written answer, which we hope will satisfy you. Guess what the satisfying message contained - WE WILL SEND YOU A NOT REPAIRED SCRIPTED RECORDER TO THE LORD !!!!!!!! Thank you, how do you think?

    Maybe I will say apricots. Generally, I rate them very high, they always approached my shopping with moderation in one go, when they tried to push me in an open package, a lightly scratched and dirty from fingers fingers usb sound card. The equipment had obvious signs of use.

    Fortunately, they have a quick change program for applications up to one day, because of the whole event I realized the minute after leaving the cash register - after the product was released. So the corporation secured me against incompetence of employees, plus for managers

    It's me again about net-s.pl.
    Failure, I suggest avoiding. The waiting time for the shipment, of course, does not match the information on the site, after e-mail reminders they finally encouraged to send the goods - a keyboard and mouse set. I unpacked, I took out only the mouse from the plastic packaging, so I didn't like to return it. Of course, information on withdrawal and goods sent. Again, no information from the store. After further e-mail reminders, information that they will return the money but 10% less because traces of use on the mouse, well, so be it. The second reason, marks on the keyboard feet, hmm, as I wrote before, I didn't even take it out of the package. Well, I thought it was a waste of time to fight. So I'm waiting for a refund, 18 days pass, so more emails. And again specialist Maciej surprises me with the answer that the money has been sent a long time ago, but he does not quite believe in what he is writing, because he wants me to give my account number. Again, surprise like money sent, and they don't know the account number. So I'm still waiting for a refund ....

    Since the topic has been unearthed, after two years I can make a small correction.
    1) Apricots.
    - most often it is possible to fulfill the order on time, but not always.
    - complaint time depends on luck, during these two years I had a few really fast complaints, there were also such that I slowly began to forget about the equipment that I sent, and once it happened that I did not get the notification that the equipment is waiting in netpoint for pickup - as I checked in the system it was already lying and waiting about a week.
    - I don't know if the quality of the folded sets has changed, because I haven't taken this service for two years.
    - on the downside - a website - with every major change it irritates me more and more, it works more slowly, has more and more unnecessary things - the elements are sloppy. Generally, only after proper modification of this page with adblock and modification of the display of some elements this page is bearable for me. At every step you can see the promotion of other stores of the group. The biggest failure for me is a very widely promoted price alarm (by the way of the reminder of its existence and the existence of the outlet I have already blocked a separate rule in the mail client, because usually with twice a week apricots did not let you forget about these things). Returning to the price alarm - if I go to apricots, I am looking for computer equipment. I am not interested in urinals, jackets, slippers, cat food, underwear, perfumes or cat scratchers. To date, no one can filter categories by category. Embarrassment.

    2) X-cell
    Here my opinion has not changed. They often have very good prices, often slightly more expensive than the competition. The service remained at a high level. There are still no problems with orders or any complaints. They also opened a salon in Gdynia for me, so I visit them more often. The only minus is that sometimes you need your character to pick up the equipment in person. Well, but it's not the seller's fault, as the customer wonders about a quarter, whether to choose a blue or black external drive.

    3) Net-s.
    I stopped using since they moved the personal collection point from Gdynia. Within two years I made only one order, which was canceled due to lack of goods. A colleague made two orders, he never got it on the declared date.

    4) Sferis.
    Unfortunately, sferis closed a large part of its salons, but after a while they began to use the islands of Active Jet for personal collection. When it comes to ordering time, it's good - shipping sent the same day or the next business day. The delivery to ActiveJet points is also rather no problem, although the personal pickup procedure is complicated (not for the customer, only for the seller who needs to print something, compare something on some lists and do the same operations for each order all the time - it certainly can be optimize it). So picking up a single order takes 3-5 minutes, picking up 3 orders once, I've done over 10 minutes. I had no problems with the service.

    4) Emag.
    In principle, I stopped using, now I see that they have become an intermediary for other companies, so they can not guarantee the delivery date. They have become less competitive for me than they used to be. Also, shipping is free only for larger amounts, and when it comes to shipping from other sellers - probably always. But I didn't check it anymore.

    5) Komputronik.
    The opinion has not changed for two years. They are no longer the most expensive store, but they are also not the cheapest. In general, it happens to find goods that are at similar prices as at the competition or slightly cheaper. Deliveries are predictable when it comes to delivery. I have not had to use the website for the last two years.

    6) Proline
    I've made one order for the last two years, I don't remember something wrong. As for the service - I have no idea, I did not use.

    7) Euro RTV AGD, Ole Ole, Mediaexpert - sometimes when searching through Ceneo it happens to find goods cheaper than in computer stores or at a similar price. Sometimes there is free shipping, and if not, I have these stores on hand and I can pick up in person. Shipments quite fast (although Euro / Ole earn on faster delivery, for which you have to pay extra, so free delivery is delayed by 24 hours as a rule) - generally predictable deadlines. I didn't use websites.

    8) MTEurotrade (Allegro).
    Recently, when searching for computer components on Allegro, I often find auctions for this company. Very often they are much cheaper than the rest of the competition, usually free shipping. The only drawback - shipping in 4-5 days. For example, I recently bought a motherboard 60 PLN cheaper than the second cheapest seller, and I paid almost 80 PLN less for the processor. Fact - I had them a week later, but it is clearly marked at the auctions, so no claim. The equipment was coming new, at least the processors that I took because they were sealed. Motherboards probably also, but I did not look hard at them because nothing was falling under. In general, if you don't smoke, it's worth considering.

    9) Fox Computers.
    Recently, several times I found graphics cards at prices much lower than the rest of the competition (e.g. PLN 50 cheaper on cards for PLN 1000). Shipping is paid, but it paid off. Fast shipping, no reservations. I didn't use the website.
