Failed to establish a secure connection / This site is unreachable

Hello!!
I have been browsing forums for a few hours and I have not achieved anything. The problem is that when I try to go to https://www.ryanair.com/pl/pl in different browsers, I get a loading error "Failed to establish a secure connection" or in Chrome and Opera "This site is not available" . I will add that I have the same problem on mobile phones, but when I turn off wi-fi and use 3G, the cells open this page without any problems.

Do you have any Adblock? If so, turn it off.
Check if the address you have added to blocking by the anti-virus.

I did all these activities, unfortunately the site still does not open. As far as the FRST report is concerned, I did not notice any of them after scanning, only Addition which I am enclosing.

You only came to frst.txt, still an addition! If it has not been created, select the appropriate options in the program before scanning.
