Novox nc-1 Microphone Not Recognized by Win10 on Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L System

Hello, I do not know if a good department, but it seems to me that it does. I have a problem with my Novox nc-1 microphone. After purchasing it, I connected it to my computer and installed it without a problem, and it normally worked and was detected by the system. However, later I disconnected it from the computer and did not use it for a long time. Recently I wanted to check it again and plug it in, but this time it did not work anymore. It does not detect it at all. I do not know completely how you can check if it is still installed, or if the computer can see it at all, but it surely works because the microphone is lit when connected. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this problem then I will be grateful.
The USB port is certainly efficient because the printer works on a daily basis. I tried to connect to other ports but it did not help.

Connect the microphone to the computer and swap the screen from the device manager => controllers of the universal serial bus (expand the tab).

Connect to another computer. If you have OTG cable, you can connect it to your tablet / smartphone.
If no device detects it, it does not work.

I connected the microphone to another computer, and even to two, and both were easily detected, installed and acted normally. I attach screenshots from this operation. The ultimate will be the Windows format, but I still want to have it, someone has any idea yet?

The problem solved itself, I do not know how, but suddenly the microphone appeared and works
