Hello. Only opening the left window from the driver module and the right window from the passenger module and the switch near the gearshift lever works. The rest are completely dead: mrgreen:. I have had such a problem a few times, usually after big frosts, but when it got warm or warmed up in the cabin, the problem disappeared. Now everything seems to be gone because it is the second month and still does not work. Disconnecting the battery did nothing. I also replaced the left door module and it is the same and my module works in a different car. Where to look for a problem :?: There were a few errors on the display in EDC, GDK / PDF, but it was because of the rotting orange adblue cube. After exchanging everything Passiv. Where to look for a problem :?:

I think the comfort module is responsible for that

    Have you checked the fuses?

I wouldn't write here if I didn't check the basic things. And because I'm running out of ideas so I wrote here :)

It seems that the left-hand door harness is damaged. I recommend checking it manually and the attached file with the exactly described door module should be helpful. I add a door module diagram, sorry for the poor resolution.

Hello, the problem still occurs today I excluded modules because I replaced them with another car. No improvement and my modules work in a different car. Another thing I took down the driver's door, everything seemed ok, I tried to connect the module and, interestingly, everything started working, all functions came back. On the second day, again the same helped unplugging the module for 10 seconds and reconnecting. The next day everything died again. Tomorrow I will check passages or maybe somewhere there is a gap between the door and the cabin.

The rubber on the door bundle under the wind deflector needs to be ripped off to see broken cables ...

"In the case of poor contact, there is an option that such a complete disconnection of the power supply will result in a change in symptoms."

I rewrote this sentence from here link
In order not to confuse it with resetting errors, because something is done to my stomach normally as someone tells me such things.

Another difference - when you opened and closed the door in the meantime, what diagnosis?
IMPORTANT these drivers have really stick protections and fun with tangled cables is not an option - you are doing the bundle has to be unplugged and the end.

Hello, it is something. Tonight I plugged in the driver, turned on the ignition and silence closed the door and suddenly everything came back. Of course, not for long and again dead nothing works behind the central lock in the left door and the left window.

The problem is solved, it turned out that the cable that went to the left mirrors has worn. Rubbed at the place where the cables come out of the door to the mirror after replacing the cable everything came back and works ;)

    Hello
In Mang TGX from 2013 I have a problem with the adjustment of the windows, namely the buttons on the door module are replaced and, unfortunately, the left button controls the right window and the right button the left window. The odd thing is also controlling the right mirrors because the up arrow button causes the mirror to move down, the down arrow button sets the mirror up and so is the regulation of tilting and tilting the mirror.
It would be terribly helpful to make the Door Module diagram available (the above diagrams apply to the older module and the older MANA version)
I own the scheme for MAN TGX / TGS (version K100 - second edition from 2010) but there also with the old module.
I will be grateful for your help.

Hart3 thanks for the insertion. Or maybe you still have a description of the wires or connection cubes, or maybe some description of the pins.
    Thank you

    Hart3 thanks with another insert.
From what I realized, it comes out that the driver's door module controls the windows electronically, central locking, mirror adjustment and heating, while the passenger's door module only controls the window on the passenger side.
The driver side module and passenger side module as well as the main, panoramic or curb mirror are connected to each other via their own LIN data bus. Both modules are as if the senders of this data and the mirrors and windows have receivers for these signals.
When I press the button on the driver module (e.g. control with the right main mirror), depending on where the receiving driver (of this mirror) is installed, a specific executive function occurs there.
To sum up, I come to the conclusion that in order for my windows and mirrors to work properly in TGX's I should either reprogram the driver module or swap the sides of the receiving controllers in the mirrors and those that are next to the window lifts.
I still need to check if the driver's door module from another car will also send data to the receiving controllers on opposite sides of the car - or maybe someone has already checked it and can make me aware? :D
Alternatively, can anyone reprogram such a module?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a malfunction in the MAN TGX 18.480 where the mirrors, windows, and lock adjustments are not functioning properly. The user reports that only the left window from the driver module and the right window from the passenger module operate, while other controls are unresponsive. Previous occurrences of this issue were linked to cold weather, but the problem has persisted for two months despite battery disconnection and module replacements. Suggestions from other users include checking the comfort module, fuses, and the left-hand door harness for damage. Ultimately, the issue was resolved by replacing a worn cable connected to the left mirror. Additionally, another user reported a different issue with button misconfiguration in the door module, indicating a need for reprogramming or swapping components for proper functionality.
