I have internet on my phone and I can use applications such as FB but the website doesn't open. I had the same problem on my computer but it was fixed. I don't know how to fix it. The problem on the computer was that the Internet running on system 01 could not be read by my computer. My brother fixing the problem had to enter the code somewhere in the computer settings. However, I do not know what to do in the case of a telephone. I hope someone knows how to fix it. Thanks in advance for all replies

Thanks for answering, just call to BOK

Ask your brother what and where he entered. What appears when you enter the site? maybe the fault lies with the internet connection provider?

I'd call the cellular service office and ask for help setting the phone. This is definitely the best path for you.

The fault is not on the prosecutor's side because Fb and Mesenger are normally involved. When I go to the site, it pops up: "This site is unreachable. Could not find DNS server address"

So no settings. Phone to BOK and they will send SMS with configuration. Like a typical telephone.

You can also test DNSs, e.g. Google.

A phone call to BOK was enough. Thanks for the help
