Hyundai Getz: Non-Functioning Turn Signals - Emergency Button Blinking, Fuses Checked

Hello, I have such a problem, namely in Hyundai; the turn signals do not work for me, after switching the lever next to the steering wheel, nothing happens, but if I hold the emergency button, they blink (I will add that I have to hold it to blink, if I press it and let go once they blink and nothing else happens as if there is no sustain). I would like to add that all fuses are in working order (checked with a meter and those in the cabin and those under the hood). Thank you in advance for your help and best regards.

Without it, there will be no turn signals. There are different types of such switches - with such symptoms I exchange for another or a new one and now.
