Hello. I bought the Stihl MS 180 petrol saw. When it is cold, it fires hard, but it is enough to unscrew the candles and fill it with fuel to make it fire. Obviously something with a choke. After such firing, it goes without any problems and burns "kick".
Can anyone tell you how to fix it?

I submit such topics to the website and usually pay about PLN 30-60. They will take apart, clean and approx.

Remove the filter and turn the carburetor without it, turn on the choke and see if the throttle closes or the tank is air-tight and no fuel starts. As I wrote in other topics, my MS does not like gasoline under the plug because then it does not go off.

I was in the service, but they noticed a scratch on the cylinder and nothing was done, only the woman who gave it to me told me to give a richer mixture, it will definitely fly a long time.
It turns out there is not enough fuel on the choke.
Anyone know how to adjust it?

My Husqvarna had similar problems with starting "cold", like problems with choke. It turned out that the seals on the shaft were to blame, they were leaking and the saw had problems with sucking in fuel.

This carburetor is not tuned, you can only set the idle speed in it, so in the post above, maybe the problem is in a leak and there are such effects on a cold engine.
