    Hello.
As in the topic, I am struggling with the lack of power at low revolutions.
Namely, everything was ok until the gasket under the head was changed (CO2 in the cooling system).
The replacement of the gasket was accompanied by the head planning and leak testing. The glasses and pushers of injections were exchanged and a complete timing was made a month earlier (everything was ok). After the gasket replacement procedure, the car lost its power at low revolutions. After putting the car back to the mechanic, tests were carried out on the negative pressure, a checked flow meter, the head was re-opened, the timing check was checked and nothing else remained. The injections have been refreshed (ok) and set correctly. Doses, negative pressure, etc. are all correct. Finally, the egr valve was checked, it turned out that it is in poor condition (I remind you that before replacing the gasket it did not bother) the valve was brought to the right state. The car is getting better, but it's still not. I noticed that when driving at the speed of 1000 rpm in 2 gears in a traffic jam and trying to accelerate the car gently jerks and lags into rotation, only from 2000 thousand. it is as it should be. Similarly, with the third gear, 1500 rpm and 2000/2500 goes up properly. Before refreshing the EGR, the pedal in the floor and the car was practically in place.
Maybe someone had a similar problem, greetings and waiting for hints.

Check the operation of the turbine.

Lights up on a cold engine well or does it have to be turned around? Is it evenly at idle? Any errors the driver is registering? Generally, this should be the worry of the mechanic who was doing the gasket. If it was ok before the procedure, then press it to the effect.

    It's usually a vacuum problem

On a cold pile of touch, it is also such a hesitation (delayed turning on the turnover).
The revolutions do not wave, maybe a little, but the tachometer's pointer does not even twitch, it is so small that it almost does not feel.
    There are no errors.
I have an appointment for Monday to stop the car and check the turbine, so far he sent me an e-mail yesterday that he has one more idea about the audi. Maybe Uncle Google said something :D .
I'm not going to let go, I did the timing with this mechanic, and as I picked up the car said that it was cool.
I'll talk to you after the weekend and let me know what and how.

do you have in this Audi DPF? For me, it caused just total silting at low speed, it was completely clogged. Also a4 b7 only 1.9 tdi. DPF and clogged pneumothorax almost destroyed my engine.

There is also an option as someone mentioned above with a vacuum pump. Most likely, you have a LUK pump, it is structurally flawed. And you do not have the fuel pressure at low speed, you can check it in the computer's engine diagnostics. Change the pump to Bosch used and check the difference, it's probably the easiest of what you can now start with.

Hello again after a long break. The problem is still not resolved. I have DPF but it is nothing like a pristine, nothing hurts.
I was on the dynamometer yesterday and it turns out that everything is ok turbo is, recharging, negative pressure everything is normal, the fuel dose is given as it should. But the result on the dyno of the massacre 140 horsepower motor showed the power of 89 ponies and this torque. I also noticed a larger combustion, the computer shows an average of 12-13l with earlier it was 7.5-8-5l.
It is possible that the computer shows the correct dose on the injection, but they are clogged and the cylinder does not hit what it should?
In my opinion, the problem lies in the injections, but I have no other replacement and mechanic at the moment.
Then we would dispel all doubts. If it regenerates and the problem persists, I will only throw money away.

The mechanic supposedly gave them to check and found that it is ok, but he feels that it is fake, he plays for a delay and thinks I will let go of the topic, he said he will give it again ... I want to know soon what will be the next result.

The problem is solved, the injections have been cleaned, adjusted and put back in again, the car is spinning again nice.

Hi, I have a problem with the Audi A 4 b7 2.0 140 km today, coming back from work, he suddenly started to tug at me and he had no power. They exchanged a light bulb for me and dug a cable from the air flow on the left side of the world, what could be with that?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a loss of power at low RPMs in an Audi A4 B7 2.0TDI 140km following a head gasket replacement. The user reports that the vehicle was functioning well before the gasket change, which included head planning and leak testing. Post-replacement, the car exhibited power loss, prompting further checks on the turbo, EGR valve, and fuel injectors. Despite various diagnostics indicating normal operation, the user noted a significant drop in power output and increased fuel consumption. Eventually, the issue was resolved by cleaning and adjusting the fuel injectors, restoring the vehicle's performance.
