On what basis do you think the turbo gets up too early?
I see that the controller wants it earlier, but the turbine reaches the set value only at about 2700 rpm

I'm sorry too late for the mistake. Maybe the turbine is torn?

Unseal the exhaust behind the turbine and see if there is any improvement.

Check if the coo is leaky, tightness on the vacuum hoses, replace the turbine control solenoid valve, see the vacuum in front of it and behind it at low speed when the coo is pulling to the maximum.
Once a similar case ended with the replacement of the injectors, it looked as if they were not spraying properly at lower revs, which meant that there was no point in turning the turbine, at higher revs it was better.

I changed the checked solenoids with the EGR valve and the same effect. I did not measure the pressure of the hoses. The pear is checked, the tightness is ok. I would like to add that the turbo was replaced with the one used from another A6 180KM.

    Replace MAF or show waveform.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around an Audi A6 2.5TDI experiencing a lack of power below 2000 RPM. The user has performed several maintenance tasks, including replacing the pump, rollers, and pneumothorax, and checking the vacuum and valves. Despite these efforts, the turbo seems to engage too early, with the turbine reaching set values only around 2700 RPM. Suggestions from other users include checking for exhaust leaks, ensuring the integrity of vacuum hoses, replacing the turbine control solenoid valve, and examining the injectors for proper spray patterns at low RPMs. The user has also replaced the turbo with a used one from another A6 but continues to experience the same issues. A recommendation to replace the MAF sensor or analyze its waveform was also made.
