I write the topic in this section because I am convinced that the fault is on the provider's side, because when I connect via a VPN server (for example CyberGhost), this problem does not occur.
A question for you. How to diagnose where the problem occurs?
Ps The problem also occurs in the mobile application, which makes me convinced that it is the internet provider's fault.
