Hello, for 2 days I have had a problem with the team viewer program, so when I connect to another computer, the image of the remote computer freezes after a while (I can still see the cursor movement and hear the sounds of the remote computer).
I write the topic in this section because I am convinced that the fault is on the provider's side, because when I connect via a VPN server (for example CyberGhost), this problem does not occur.

A question for you. How to diagnose where the problem occurs?

Ps The problem also occurs in the mobile application, which makes me convinced that it is the internet provider's fault.

    Best regards.

Rather, you only have to support TeamViewer, because the VPN also goes through your provider.
The question is, does this happen with every remote machine you connect to and every local machine you connect to?

I put a virtual machine on my computer on VMWare and installed Team Viewer on it, and then connected to it (without VPN) and the problem does not occur.
I only have one remote computer from another provider, so I have no way to check on others.

It doesn't say anything to me either, probably the best support will be as I mentioned in the first post.

Did you find a solution to your problem? I have such a case too and with only one computer. After a moment of connection, the image freezes, although I can still move the cursor and perform operations. Previously there was WIN8 on the client computer, now it is 7 with the latest TV version. The problem occurs both when connecting from a computer with WIN7 and an Android phone - also with the latest TV version. I have already changed the number on the client side and I am slowly starting to see a hardware problem on his side, considering the variable system platforms on both sides. Before that, everything worked as it should for 2 years. The rest of the machines can be controlled without any problems.

The user suspects the problem lies with their internet service provider, as the issue does not occur when connecting through a VPN service like CyberGhost. The user has attempted reinstalling TeamViewer and has reached out to TeamViewer support for further assistance. Another participant shares a similar experience, indicating that the problem may be related to the specific remote computer being accessed.
