LG 40LF630V: Steps to Permanently Deactivate WIFI from Menu & Access Service Menu?

Hi there is a problem with the above TV. A neighbor by accident (bought a new phone from Screen Mirroring, etc.) connected me to the TV. He displayed his photo and tried to get through Smart Share to my Nas with multimedia.
I have never paid attention to it, but connecting to the TV via WIFI does not require any authorization! In addition, I thought that turning off WIFI from the menu level would solve the problem. Well, no, after restarting the TV, WIFI is automatically turned on.
Do any of you know how to turn them off permanently?
Is this option in the service menu?
How to get there?

Maybe try disconnecting all mobile devices from the TV (cancel pairing).

Possibly factory reset and reconfiguration without WiFi connection.

I don't use Lg Connect Apps. And I have nothing paired with the tv. And no resets help.
