    It is completely irrelevant ;)
In my opinion, the MSI board offers more possibilities, for example from the presence of two M.2 sockets
You must analyze the difference in price yourself.
As for the SSD drive, is not it worth to get interested just in this way under M.2?

As stated above, taking cards and CDs of the same brand has no justification.
Of the two CDs you provided, I would prefer MSI but if you would like to overclock and you care about good performance at a fairly low voltage, add it to https://www.morele.net/plyta-glowna-asus-prime-z270-a-z270-ddr4 HDMI cable DisplayPort-ATX-975 891 /
A well-protected, stable record, reviews from abroad indicate the best results at the lowest voltage among competitors in a similar budget, moreover, it is the best producer of boards under civil liability.

I chose the motherboard from the MSI Z270 TOMAHAWK and I have nothing to say about the motherboard. Mounting and hooking, as well as LED backlight super. However, as for the graphics card I chose from MSI gtx 1060 6gb and here the problem is already on the 2nd day. One of the two fans than the big fan starts to howl the second vacuum cleaner at that time stands still. The program shows the rotation of windmills 0, the temperature around 50 degrees. All you need to do is to finger a second or reset the computer and everything is back to normal. I am writing for the caution, test this card from the point of insertion without a break because this problem comes out really random in time. Once he can be calm for a few days and another time within 5 hours he will appear twice. For 14 days you remember that you can give away the card and get money. Unfortunately, the website usually finds no fault. They probably start a village and monitor. And that the fault pops up when they like it, they are unable to detect it. For those interested, I refer to the MSI forum where there is more of us with this problem.
