Hello everyone. I bought a Samsung UHD 55 "TV. The TV set is less than a week old. There are spots from the backlight at the bottom edge, and the image is displayed normally.
Where can they come from? Is this a factory defect or maybe improper handling of the equipment? What can I do with this?

Have the TV serviced, they should repair or replace it under warranty.

Defect in any of the matrix layers. Why do you need to know it if we don't know anything without dismantling the matrix? The TV is under warranty.

I am curious, and before I take him to the site I would like to know if it could be my fault.

Are there mechanical damages like cracked matrix? If it's not, it's not your fault.

Don't do it - they can blame you.
Report the service, and they are expected to come to your home.

    Hello!
I have the same problem. I wonder how this case ended. Has the TV been repaired or replaced?

Don't look at it, because each case is individual - advertise TV in the store, or give it back within 14 days (if bought online).
