What can I do with this?
Is it the fault of the lower backlight in these places?
Could the backlight LEDs peel off and move away from the screen?
Of course, it's partly the phone's fault, but it's about the sense of the problem.

You ask such obvious questions that I dare say that you will not do it yourself.
Return the equipment for servicing, there they will replace / repair the matrix backlight.

I am not an electronics engineer but I have good hands and good intentions!
If I wanted to send TV to the site, I wouldn't ask questions in this forum!
I've fixed several computers, laptop screens and telephones in my life.
If I get tips on what to do, I can do it!

@Robin_Otzi as you have already insisted on learning how to repair the matrix regardless of the consequences, at the beginning I recommend watching movies on Youtube how to do it.
When you separate the glass from the rest of the structure, you will see how the backlight is made (LED or fluorescent) and assess for yourself what is the reason for such lighting.

I turned up the TV and it turned out that it has a side lighting strip!
And only the bottom half is lit. :) that is, the upper right side has little light!

Google doesn't find anything after the sticker codes.
I do not know where I can get such a strip, or how to check with a meter, although there is no access to the paths!

If you gently scrape or puncture well through the varnish, access to the paths is provided.
Maybe only one diode got breaks, so you will buy and replace.

Unfortunately, evenly half of the strip is not lit, so it is not the fault of just one path or cold solder ...

    it shines like that

When the LEDs shine, I know. You check how this non-illuminating part of the strip is connected to the socket.
And either it has a separate power supply, which was missing or the power supply is on and one of the diodes has a break. You can easily break through the varnish and measure.

Unfortunately, I can't break through the varnish! I don't even see the paths!
They stuck something on the laminate (see photos at the top), and from below is thick aluminum.
I don't know what else I can measure, I don't see any access!

    Added after 38 [seconds]:

Strangely, this part is not lit closer to the connector, and not this one further.

Provide the matrix symbol with the sticker on it.

Here you have a nicely described topic about Samsung LED edge lighting damage: link .
It is worth reading and watching the diagram.

Thanks! In fact, the LED strip looks exactly like mine, but I have no part numbers.
I counted that exactly half of the 44 LEDs also fell
Unfortunately, I do not know where and for how much you can buy such a strip,
nor do I really know how I could replace these leds with new ones?

You can search for the strip by ads on stock exchanges, Allegro, OLX or computer services. You can also post an offer to repair it.
The matrix name is in the picture, the sticker on the left - LE320CSA-B1, BN07-01115A - you can buy a new one.

The led strip, although simple in construction, is practically not available as a spare part.
I read that this is a common fault.
Maybe someone can replace the diodes themselves - I can't.
TV sold for parts or for self repair.
