Miracast, or Intel WIDI - laptop and tv must support it.

on this TV as there was another cry wifi it was not a problem. in the net, what I find is a general write, that's why I turned to you for help.

win + p - the right window pops up on a different screen. after choosing duplicate, extend .... nothing happens.
In the screen settings - detect another monitor also finds nothing, I read that there must be a rigid IP address in the router so to the MAC addresses I added the IP addresses of the TV and smartphone and then nothing. Help, please

The simplest, most likely and fastest will be to connect the TV to the HDMI cable.

Handle, have implemented in hardware and software to support it.
And they have to have BOTH devices - like a TV and a laptop.
And if they do not have, then swing around with additional purchase, configuration and compatibility of all this as external devices.

I will add from myself that WiDi worked normally on Win7 x64. I recently installed Win10 and the end. In settings I see TV, it parodies normally but after pressing Win + P does not find any TV.
