Samsung Fast Charging, a Qualcom Quick Charge 3.0 kompatybilność

I would like to know if these two technologies are compatible with each other: i.e. whether connecting the phone with Fast Charging to the Quick Charge 3.0 charger will be charged as with the original Fast Charging.
I have a dilemma whether to buy a car charger with Quick Charge 3.0 for Samsung galaxy A5 2016 or better with a simple 5V 2A.

I use 5V 2A on the same phone and I see no difference.

I am aware that this phone theoretically at 9V consumes about 1.67A so the power difference is about 5 watts. Maybe even if I will not always use this charger, I would like to know if the phone will charge the 9V on the QC3 charger. Has anyone who has similar equipment to check it out

I charge three different devices with one Samsung charger. The Samsung S8 charger supports Fast Charging. It charges one device that supports Quick Charge 2.0 and one that supports the same technology in version 3.0. Fast charging works rather like the original QC chargers.
