Samsung a5 2016 does not charge - Does not charge on the original charger

I have a problem charging my phone since yesterday. When connected to the original charger, the phone cannot see or charge it. The charger is working because I have the same phone and the other one loads without a problem. After connecting to another charger, the phone charges without any problem but that it is slower. It looks like fast charging doesn't work. I searched and there is no option to enable or disable this feature. Does anyone know what this could be? Maybe it will work without a reset? The phone was charged several times with an ordinary charger, could it damage it?

Unless it was a charger for 5 PLN, it's out of the question that it will get damaged (slow charging works). It looks like a bug in the software, probably others will also advise you to reset. You can still try to clean the nest.

Unfortunately, the reset did not help much. The only thing that the phone began to charge with the original charger but very slowly. Even slower than a regular charger. Fast charging is still missing.

Now it fits a second battery because this model often has problems with the battery. I had cases where the battery was swollen in a few months model.
The flip does not start to lift you?
Do you no longer have a guarantee to use it?
