    Good day.
I have a problem loading Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
I have enabled the quick charge option, the phone bar says that this option works (I often saw in the threads that they only had normal charging), while the phone loads extremely slowly, slower than with normal.
I would add that it is probably not the phone's fault. Just before this event, I was charging with this HTC M920 charger, could it be this fault?
    Please help.
    Greetings.

Take the charger in your hand and read its current capacity, if it has less than 2A then the charger is simply too weak.

yes original charger. Used over a year and everything was very good.
I was still loading it in the evening and everything was ok, then I was loading this htc (overnight and also charged it), in the morning I wanted my note again and it didn't work anymore.
So could this htc break my charger?

Maybe it's a coincidence and it can break down "by itself".

    I don't know anymore ..
I downloaded the ampere program. It shows that the voltage is 4V, while charging is strange. Sometimes it's 1000ma, and just goes down to 40-50 ..

    Added after 11 [minutes]:

and from what I see this voltage should be in fast charging 9v. Do you have any ideas what can I do?

The charger has nothing but performance to control charging. See if the phone options do not have somewhere marked that e.g. above 40% of the battery is not charging "fast"

Show this option on your phone.

Topic summary

The user is experiencing slow charging on their Samsung Galaxy Note 4 despite having the quick charge feature enabled. They suspect that the issue may be related to using an HTC M920 charger, which may not provide sufficient power. Responses suggest checking the charger's current capacity, with a recommendation that it should be at least 2A for effective quick charging. The user confirmed they are using the original charger, which had worked well previously. They also noted fluctuating voltage readings while charging, indicating potential issues with the charger or settings on the phone that may limit fast charging above a certain battery percentage. Suggestions include replacing the charger and checking phone settings related to charging performance.
