Hello.
ON TV:
matrix: LC320EUD (SD) (P1)
main: EBT61537556 EAX64405501 (0)
The PSU, after being switched on from the standby mode, gives the correct voltage: 24V, 12V, 3.5V.
The diode flashes slowly all the time, the TV can be turned off to standby.
The main voltages are also correct: 0.9V, CPU core voltage, 1.2V, 3.3V, 5V. There is no voltage on the logic - the system supplying this voltage is operational.
There is also no voltage that activates the inverter - when applied artificially - the backlight turns on.
The main processor in this TV is LGE34230 - it warms up slightly.
I am inclined to reballing this processor.
Here https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic2996427.html#14498585 helped reballing. Can anyone confirm this?
Or maybe it's better to look for a new main immediately? But up to 32 inch, the customer may not decide.
Best regards.
