    Hello
    Problem with the washing machine Samsung - as in the title: 4E error, does not draw water.
    What has been checked / done:
    1. Water pressure ok and everything unobstructed (hoses, strainer at the entrance)
    2. After starting the program, 207V appears on the disconnected plug of the solenoid valve, but it does not allow water, and the connected meter indicates only 1V, when the plug is removed again, 207V appears ...
    3. By directly connecting the 230V power supply to the solenoid valve, water is inflated
    4. Replaced hydrostat
    5. R on the heater ~ 27?
    6. The controller correctly detects when the door is opening and closing
    7. I pulled out the power module, but visually nothing suspicious;
    after the solenoid wires I came to the socket next to the relays (marked in the attachment) - can they be a problem? No ticking can be heard when the water should be allowed and the ideas are over, so thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello.
    In this case, I would check if the relay controlling this solenoid valve is properly controlled from the programmer. I would also check the relay itself (its contacts) but most of all control this relay.

    The PCB shown in the picture is protected, so it's hard to get to the relay itself, i.e. I would leave such interference to the very end. However, I do not have any schematic, but I will check the programmer board itself;
    thanks for the feedback

    They probably did not manage and the washing machine landed on scrap metal. They were looking for failure where it wasn't :)
    Replace the hydrostat, check the drain pump.

    Unfortunately, the driver is the cause of the failure. One relay does not open the water supply.
    The driver is already on top. apparently you have to replace Solid State Relays R33MF5.
    I will try to name them but I can't get them anywhere.
    If anyone has any suggestions please.
    greetings

    They probably failed and the washing machines ended up on the scrap metal. They looked for a failure where it was not :)
    Replace the hydrostat, check the drain pump.

    @ Piotr2608: Read and understand point 4 from the first post first.

    This is not a problem with either the hydrostat or the drain pump, so my suggestion for the next people looking for help - give up this crap and let it go for parts. I had contact with the person who got the power module and the washing machine was probably a month old. Waste of time.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Samsung washing machine (model WF600B0BKWQ) exhibiting a 4E error, indicating water inlet issues. The user has performed several checks, including verifying water pressure, inspecting hoses and strainers, and testing the solenoid valve, which shows inconsistent voltage readings. Suggestions from other users include checking the relay controlling the solenoid valve and the PCB connections. Some users report similar issues, with one suggesting that the driver may be faulty, specifically mentioning the need to replace Solid State Relays (R33MF5). The consensus leans towards the possibility of the washing machine being beyond repair, with recommendations to consider parting it out.
