    Welcome.

I have a tablet Kruger & Matz Eagle 777 (KM-0777) which, when turned on, stops on the start screen (Kruger & Matz, the inscription starting and a circle spinning for centuries).

Recovery input (vol up + power) - does not work, no effect.

In the official manual for winning the software it is written to hold "vol down" in the turned off device and connect to the computer. Unfortunately, this has no effect (the computer detects nothing).

After connecting the tablet turned on to the startup screen, it is detected as an MTP USB Device and the official software uploader (RKBatchTool1.7) does not see it.

Maybe someone has any suggestions on how to get through this and bring this tablet to life?

    1) Turn off the tablet completely
    2) Press and hold VOLUME -
    3) Press and hold POWER
    4) The logo should appear, release the POWER button but hold VOLUME until RECOVERY MODE appears
    5) If Android crashed appears, release VOLUME-
    6) To activate Recovery mode, press Power and Volume + for 2-3 seconds
    7) If you have recovery mode immediately, do wipe data factory reset and then wipe cache and reboot
    8) After a while, it takes a while for the system to stand up
    9) If it fails and you have the manufacturer's firmware then we will continue to work.

The Kruger & Matz logo appears, I play PWR, VOL- I keep going and after a while I have a start screen with all its symptoms described in the first post.

Now do it but with VOLUME + and then with the option without releasing POWER, i.e. you hold two until racovery mode appears.

Do you have the firmware for it?

This combination (while claiming to be official) has no effect. The tablet doesn't even turn on. Yes, I have firmware.

Then upload this firmware to him.

It's a pretty good concept. Just as? It does not go into recovery or the computer does not see it (meaningfully).

    What is your operating system?

If win 10 then start the computer in without digital signature
    Download drivers
Plug the USB cable into the USB2 port
    Turn off the tablet
press VOLUME- and hold now plug in the USB cable and after some time a new device will appear. Or while holding VOLUME- press reset for 3-5s
    Install the drivers
Launch RKBatchTool, load firmware and restore

Yes, my system is Win10 x64. I followed the above tips and the effect is that the tablet crashes into the flaky startup screen and is still detected as an MTP USB Device and RKBatchTool does not detect it.

I switched to a PC with Win 7 x64 and the effect is the same.

I held VOL + and connected the tablet to the computer. Windows installed it as "Rockusb Device". in RKBatchTool it was also detected and I was able to upgrade the software. And although the program wrote that the operation was successful, the tablet does not turn on. After connecting to the charger, the battery with a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark flashed for a while. Then complete silence.

Now the tablet won't turn on and the computer has stopped detecting it. I think I have a shiny cutting board: /

Check the battery voltage. The tablet can be saved.

No battery voltage. Also after connecting the charger = 0V

It is completely discharged so charging will not start, you have to charge it outside the tablet.

NO if it moves and if not, it has to be replaced.

Check also if you connect the charger, you have 4.20V where the batteries are soldered.

A small correction because I have just noticed / realized that this tablet does not charge via USB. After connecting the AC adapter, 3.2V appeared in the place where the battery is soldered.

If you unsolder the battery and it will be within 4.20V, it will be ok and the battery has 3.20V, it still needs to be charged.

Well, on the way, I found a damaged charger plug :P Now it is 4.2V (without batteries). After removing the charging fault, it turned out that the flashing carried out earlier had a positive effect. The tablet is alive :)
