Prestigio Multipad 2 7.0 - Does not turn on and do not want to enter the reset

Hello, I have a tablet as in topic, model PMP5670C. The tablet jams at the start in a photo-like place and here the loading circle can go on and on. Immediately I write that I tried to reset by running the Volume + button with the Power button and each time it starts the same way, there is no option where Android should be shown with the choice of reset option. I also downloaded the firmware from the manufacturer's website, formatted the Micro SD card with the FAT 32 file system and copied the Update.zip, factory_update_param.aml, uImage_recovery files to it and boot the tablet as before with the inserted card and nothing else still stands in the same place. I will add that I tried many combinations with backup buttons, I kept both for a long time, I released power faster while holding Volum + etc. The tablet can only be turned off after a while by holding the Power button. Maybe someone had a similar problem and solved it or has some ideas, so thank you for your help, best regards

Unless I'm mistaken the tablet is on the amlogic chipset you do the micro SD card through the program Amlogic SD card Maker .

No, I just copied the files and put them on the card, but I check right now, but why does this robot not move, where should the choice be?

I run this program and when I want to indicate something as an image I can see nothing, I will add a photo which I have downloaded files after unpacking

From the site producer's you downloaded the UPDATE update file, if you follow the instructions, the update should start.
In the attachment you have the BIN bootloader file, load it with this program according to instruction just don't confuse the drive letter of the micro SD card with the system disk.

Or check if you can get in recovery mode and clear the cache and restart as it will do nothing then wipe data factory reset

So, I downloaded from this site the firmware compatible with the tablet model, i.e. with the C terminal after 5670, i.e. run Amlogic SDcard Maker, select the format for FAT 32 and in Browse select the BIN bootloader file? , so I did and showed that the card is bootable and I upload these downloaded files from the manufacturer's website to the card, insert it into the tablet and turn it on holding Volume + with Power and still booting up to the same moment

Well, the problem is that this recovery mode does not want to start, I will add that I have a second tablet from this company a little newer and everything turns on on it, from this micro sd card and holding volume + power. I wonder if the volume button works? but when I press volume - with power then it does not start, and with volume + starts but not starting to recovery and only to the place where I wrote in the first post. Unfortunately, the tablet does not have a reset button, everything worked in it before the failure, it just lay a bit untouchable and is so far so far, thanks for your willingness to help

Check if you can initialize the tablet to bootloader.

1) Turn off the tablet by long pressing the POWER button
2) Connect the USB cable to the USB2 not USB3 socket and plug the cable into the tablet should turn on and show that the battery is charging
3) Press and hold the POWER button (Tablet will turn off)
4) Now press the Volume + and POWER buttons simultaneously and hold
5) You should hear the sound of the device being connected on your PC and new equipment detected
6) Drivers are attached

Then it's just as I wrote you in the message.


Additional information check:

Turn off the tablet press VOLUME- and holding it press power as soon as something appears on the screen release the POWER button and keep holding VOLUME- it takes a while but Recovery mode should appear. if it appears, give it WIPE CACHE PARTITION and REBOOT SYSTEM NOW, if it doesn't work then give WIPE DATA / FACTORY RESET

2) USB-Burning-tool-v1.6.28_2.rar
3) d7002-usb-burn-fix-boot-issue.zip
Extract the file No. 2 and entering the folder as the administrator run the ImageBurnTool.exe file, in the upper left corner click File and select Import upgrade file from the menu and select the file pmp5670c_duo_20130823_usb_burn_v1.0.05.zip and wait for it to load. Then click File again on Import config file and in the directory ... pmp5670c \ USB-Burning-tool-v1.6.28_2 \ tmp \ PMP5670C_DUO-usb-burn, select the file config_progress.xml, connect the tablet via USB and should be detected in one from ports, when this does not happen we enter the device manager and check whether it is visible in Other devices.
